First of all I got charged something totally different from the rate I was quoted then I got charged an extra 100 for what?

Not friendly or helpful
GARY HUMPHREYWhen we arrived at the pick up, we did a mobile pick up. I had trouble getting into the website and had to call. The person who answered was very helpful and polite. Gave us the code to the lockbox which was not locked when we got to the box. There were 3 trucks, one was behind the building, one blocked in by a car which looked as if the dashboard was torn out and one truck parked out and ready to go. We assumed that was our truck and left. It was not until we returned the vehicle did, we know we took the wrong truck. I looked at the contract this morning and did not know that the number was the number on the truck. I apologize.
John HinklinOrdered and paid for moving pads that were not in the truck when we picked it up. Location was closed. We should have been informed of this prior to picking it up so we could have known to do online pick up ahead of time instead of having to spend an hour on the phone setting it up. If location knew we were picking up truck, they should have made sure to have moving pads in it.

John Daviswe needed moving blankets and ordered them but they were not given to us so I had to go to a dollar store and buy blankets to the tune of $85. Make sure they give you the equipment you pay for

Robert LongWhen a customer request a location for pickup, uhaul needs to make sure that location has the equipment. If you decide to change the location, then the new location needs to be aware from uhaul what they need to give to the customer with the equipment. This is not towards the pickup location but towards Uhaul.

Tanner ParkerSince I am being charged mileage and the only thing done was move the furniture I am very disappointed! I had to pick the truck in a location almost two hours from my location. When I ask if they had someone to bring the truck here it was an emphatic No. Now that I have almost $64 worth of extra mileage charge this isn't acceptable to me. Would I go to another moving company next time "Yes". I was told there would not be any extra charge for mileage since having to travel this far to pick up the truck. Lesson learned! The word of your representative is worth no more than their energy to speak them! This representative I spoke to was in Springfield, Missouri! RSS Automotive isn't to blame it goes back on the one who set the original order! I could continue but it is a waste of my time! It is UHaul I have a problem with not RSS Automotive!

Brent HaireWas mover to pick up at a different location at the last minute. Not a very inviting place to be. Didn't have my pads and could not see them on my order, seem to have a problem with figuring out the order and how many days I needed it. Then called me the morning of day one wanting to know when I was going to bring the truck back. It was rented for 2 days and I only had it 24 hours. I have always done business with the main office and never had a problem. If I can't get what I need from the corp store I'll go somewhere else.

Jack LileActually have the equipment in working order at the location reserved when it is ordered!!! Reserved a month in advance, paid by credit card, received an e-mail AFTER the pickup time they would not have the equipment.

charels noelTook over 3 hours to get the uhaul rented because they couldn't get the correct price. Then they tried to over charge me by close to $120. Was not happy with this interaction.
John WhitesideFirstly, there was difficulty with my original reservation. The pick up location that was confirmed by the reservationist was not closed on the day of pick up which was not discovered until the day before pickup. There was extreme confusion attempting to correct this problem. Once arriving at the new pickup location, the staff was rude and initially told me there was no reservation. After I convinced him to check thoroughly he found the reservation, pointed me to the truck, and gave limited instructions. Customer service at this location is in the negative!!
SHERRY THOMPSONThere was software issues, so I didn't get all the proper paperwork. The ground wire on the trailer wiring harness was broken. A very temporary rigged fix was made so the tailights would work. It took over an hour to get checked in, hooked up, and on the road.

WALTER CROUNSEHave the owners of this establishment clean the place up. I felt like I would start hearing the dueling banjos music at any moment. This is not the experience I am used to when dealing with U-Haul. I was surprised at the poor conditions of this location. I also was a little frustrated that there were no trailer hitches for sale at this location. The whole time I was filling out paperwork, the salesman kept leaning over and spitting out his tobacco juice in some sort of container. The store was dirty, smelly, and in desperate need of a make over. I can not imagine a poorer location for your business.

PAUL MARTINWell I rented a car hauler my vehicle had complete towing package but yet your car hauler required me to buy an additional attachment to hook up lights . Your trailer has 4 prong plug in when your haulers need pig tail plug in five prong flat . The adapter cost me 19 more dollars becides the cost of the rental
RONALD HALLsince giving UHAUL my email address the junk mail I am receiving is torturous. I am not sure if there is an internal problem with your system but it needs to be corrected.
