I have to spend time calling you guys about refunding my card. You guys charged me a total of 4 times just to get one rental. When I initially went to get my U-Haul there was no key in the lock box which lead to me having to go to another location and for whatever reason I was charged $128 4 times and a $50 charge when I went to the other location to pick up the U-Haul . This was my first and last time ever renting anything from U-Haul .
