Second rental for a long distance move from Orlando to Virginia. Great customer service at the Millenia Blvd. location on both occasions. Equipment in good working order in all respects. Highly recommend this location for your U-Haul needs.

I want to let you know, the agent, Amid, had a very good customer service. When I got there, a few minutes later another client got there also, complaining about an issue with the truck. She was very rude but Amid did a good job putting the situation under control. Thank you !

Delilah HarperTo find truck was not hard but to find place where to pick up the keys was almost impossible. Thanks to guy for the comment in google which give the idea where to look. No visible signs of U-Haul location. Truck was not ready. I ordered a furniture dolly, they didn’t have one. The guy wasn’t able to find my reservation, so it took another 15 minutes to figure out what and where. Overal it Took me a bunch of time to pick up the truck without equipment I ordered. Interior of the truck was usual, the only thing I really didn’t like is all cup holders was in such mess, spills of liquid unknown origin
Yurii LemishkoI needed to move a large sectional across town. I paid for a 24 hour rental and picked it up at 5:45pm prior to closing to have it for the next day. They were having a shortage of trucks and the operator gave me a larger truck than what I needed and asked me if I could have the truck back by 10:30am the next day. I signed a waiver that the truck was clean and good working order, when I opened the truck the next morning to load the truck, there was broken glass and a lot of debris inside the truck. It also only came with a quarter tank of gas, which I had to fill up when leaving the site then night before. Upon returning the truck at 10:35 am, I showed the pictures of the dirt inside the cab, the cup holders, and the back of the truck after sweeping the glass and a large pile of dirt with other debris (wrappers, screws, glass, leaves, and dirt). I asked for some sort of discount for getting the 24hr rental back so early and the excessive dirt. The guy said that he would ask his manager and within minutes of leaving I got the SMS on my phone of the full charges. No discount, no thank you, just get the rental back early so I can rent it out to the next person.

Arianna SotoDon't steal from your customers. You charged for fuel that had already placed. Vehicle was driven 21 miles and was filled with 3 gallons of fuel. Left with more than I picked it up.with and toy still charged for fuel.
