Imilcy JIn US English is a must. Person responsible for trucks wasn't on the spot and he (she) is the deceiver - mileage on pickup was 212 miles to empty, on return was 207 miles to empty. They tried to scam us on 5 gallons of gas.

Mauricio LIt took me an hour an a half to get the truck cause the uhaul app wasn't working. When I called the 800 number, it's seems could help me. The clerk at the station couldn't do anything to help me. When I finally got the instructions to open the lock box, there was no key there. I was on the phone for 90 minutes before someone was finally able to help me out. Very bad experience and I would not rent anything from uhaul anymore. Very bad customer service.

Andrew RTruck was very dirty inside and out. Check engine light is on. It was very difficult to check in and get the keys. The trucks are parked in the dirt and mud, not on asphalt. Overall a bad experience. I couldn’t get the keys until about 6:30-7:00 pm. I was charged for two days and I only used it one

Donald RFirst of all, the truck was parked in the grass in a hill. Second of all, the truck was so bouncy that everything shifted during my drive. I have driven dozens of moving trucks, and the amount of damage this truck caused is unacceptable. Third of all, we ordered 10 blankets but they only had 8 in house. Fourthly, we did not rent a dolly because we have our own, but the dolly “slot” has a really long bolt sticking out and it ripped out brand new $2,500 mattress!! What kind of moving truck has bolts sticking out?! Also, there were no holes or hooks to use bungee cords. No straps that are usually hanging in moving trucks. Lastly, I called to let the woman know that I have gone over my miles and she said “no problem, I’ll just check the truck & won’t charge you any extra”. Well, she definitely charged me for every single mile, which I don’t mind, just the principle. Everything was off and odd compared to every other moving experience in the past. I wouldn’t mind some sort of compensation or reimbursement for my damaged items, but I am not expecting anything from uHaul after this experience. Regards, Joshua Neely

Brian BThis was not my original pick up location. I was suppose to pick up in Fort Myers beach. Trailer was not there and no one called? just found out when i called. I was hung up o 3 times while trying to find out what happen to my original pick up?
Dave UWe were a little disappointed when they told us we had to drive an hour and a half to pick up the U-Haul, but then they called back and they said they found one!

Mabel COne tire was low, slow leak. Was to be 65 psi was 11.6. Had to pay at the service station in Ave Maria, Florida $2.00 to fill to. Then again the next morning it was 33 psi. Had to fill again at a service station in GA. $1.50. It had to be filled every morning.
