Azhar PatankarIt would be nice to have the correct key in the lock box, and for the representative on the phone call to keep their word. I was told that I would not be charged for having keys to a different truck left in the lock box with the code I was given, but instead, the representative had me walk across the field, back to the small house that had the lock box, and then tasked me with a job that is not my responsibility. I had to open lockbox one to retrieve my correct key only to find two keys in that lockbox. And then when I found my correct key, I had to put one key in an orange dropbox, and then put another key in box one, and then scramble the numbers, and then take my key and complete the inspection on the correct truck. I was told to initially just use the truck that the first key opened, but then was later told that I would have to use my truck, since I ultimately did retrieve my key. This is so ridiculous. It was really cold outside and I stayed out there a lot longer than I had to. The app kept malfunctioning, and only one photo uploaded, which forced me to redo the entire thing again. I asked for my $50 guarantee, and I was told that an email would be sent and that it is up to the field manager. This is the second time that I was sent to a field manager, and just for your information the first field manager did absolutely nothing. I understand that the rate is great, but this experience was horrific. I got one phone call with a manager who was extremely kind and said that they would go above and beyond to help me, and then called me back and made sure to let me know that I was good to go. Then maybe 10 minutes later I get another phone call saying that, I wasn’t going to get my truck because they were closed and they don’t have a 15 footer truck available. It was very conflicting and very confusing and very much irritating. I don’t know if I will ever get my $50 guarantee as promised, but I do know I will not be back to Uhaul if this does not get resolved. And I will not recommend Uhaul.
Naomi SablanLocation never answered the day before we return the equipment. There is no person available in the location which they advertised to be open form 7am to 5pm. We waited for an hour, called uhaul customer service which also is not able to help. We ended up doing an afterhour return on this location and got charged extra for returning the equipment late which is not true since there is no person available since we got there.

Lilia RamirezThe person working at the location where I FINALLY got the equipment I ordered was fine enough, but the trailer was lacking. The frame was fine, but one of the tires was grossly out of balance and 'shuttered' the entire trip. Honestly, I'm surprised it made the trip without failing.

Tristan NunnCheck in was a bad experience. The internet didn't work there, and made me check myself in. In the process of taking pictures, the internet froze. Second attempt, the pictures disappeared and I had to start over again. I will think twice before using u haul again.

JUSTIN GUERRAFrom a rental standpoint, the facility office was excellent. and the staff were spot on. My below average rating is due to the limestone drive and parking area, which is in disrepair. Lots of pot holes and while you may not care how your vehicles get bounced around, I do care about mine. Not having a truck is why I use U-Haul and may ride had to be very careful not to throw their alignment out. Fix the drive and parking and there would be no issues at this site.

patricio sigchaStraps were left disconnected from ratchet handle and one of the straps was worn off to the point of being too short. I was told they aren't obligated to fix it and that I could check another location. I was also told since I purchased the insurance anything that went wrong would be covered; i double the vehicle would have been covered if it fell off. I had to leave town and called corporate the next day on my drive out of town. They gave me a uhaul facility at my pickup city. I went there the third day when they opened and they didn't have any available but they replaced the strap for me.

Michael BaudatJust make sure it (rental truck) is brought back by the time they close (7:00 PM), as there is no drop box to put the keys in, and no place to leave the truck after 7:00 PM. Gate is padlocked after that time...had to drive the truck back home. (good not far) no other place to drop it off. Both people were polite and helpful, that assisted me. Thank you.

WIlliam martinezYou can cancel this company’s Uhaul contract. They are running deposit schemes. They are taking advantage of people. I will never use this location again and would recommend everyone stay away from here. Already reported to the proper authorities.
