Robert CahigalMy pickup reservation was for 8:30am. This facility did not open until 9:00am. So we had to wait 30 minutes until they were open for service. The worker did not offer a mutual inspection of the equipment with me so we could note any existing damage to the truck so as I would not be liable for it. In my past experience the inspection was always performed. I am not trying to get anyone in trouble, I just want you to know that better training is needed at this facility.

John GradyI returned in time. The trailer and truck were not properly checked in and I was notified 3 days later they would be reported as stolen. This whole rental process was a mess from being to end. Let alone undisclosed fees that added allot more cost to the trip. Not at all impressed.

Dean MichaelisI was charged $259.29 first time which did not show up at your end then charged the second time this time it was successful. And it’s been one whole week and I have not been refund with the $259.29 charge. So please I do need my money back asap
cynthia ukuallaWas difficult to find the U-Haul portion of the business. The person helping us smelled like marijuana. When we went back to ask a question, the door was unlocked but nobody was around to help us.
Kimberly CarperPicked up the truck with a little over 3/4 full of gas, brought back with just a little over 3/4 full of gas and was still charged $116.55 for gas. Can’t say if I will ever use U-Haul again
Jimmy DellRented a 15’ U-Haul truck at Get n Go car rental in Kingman AZ. When I picked up the truck the man told me the owner had just gotten back from using this truck. The inside of the trailer was covered in mud and water. We had to clean it before we could put anything in there. No one gave us paperwork to sign for inspecting the truck for damage, no odometer confirmation, nothing. So we cleaned the truck first. Fine. Then we get to our destination, return the truck, and get charged for 60 MORE MILES THAN WE DROVE. So I call the place I returned to. He says to call the place we picked up. Call them, they say they’re busy and they’ll call back. They don’t. I email UHaul, no response. Call the pickup location AGAIN, they give us a 1-800 number to call. Call the number, they say a manager will get back to us in a few days. So I don’t get to see what they say the odometer reads before I take the truck, but I do get charged for whatever mileage is on there??? Times are hard. I can’t just lose $60 for no reason at all. If we had driven the extra miles, fine. But we didn’t! Am I not supposed to sign a paper with the current mileage on it before I take the truck??? “What can we do to improve for the next customer?” Try not defrauding them. Times are hard. You’re stealing from people. This is a terrible business. If you’re going to let other businesses rent your stuff out for you, you should be making sure they’re being legal and following protocols. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
Joshua JohnsonInflate the tires. One tire was at 16.5 lbs and another tire was At 36 lbs. We had to put air in them. No leaks, just never checked or inflated prior to our rental. Unsafe.
