I know these folks and they are great people. But it was frustrating that I had to clean all of the snow off it, that was caked on the windshield. I needed a dolly and paid for it. But there was no dolly in the truck. But it was a nice pretty new truck so it started right up.

Wiper blades shot. The return process to Sarracks was less than expected. They seemed unsure and talked about it costing me money to return it there. I balked at that and said I'll take it somewhere else. They backed off that when I said I'll take it somewhere else. I took pictures of the truck all the way around as they didn't even leave the store to look at the equiptment to check for condition, or even if the truck was in their possession. It wasen't the professional approach I expected. Otherwise I was happy with the experence and the equiptment performed as expected.

Make the online checkout and checkin streamlined. It was painful to complete and very glitchy. I won’t rent from uhaul again because of it and the forced insurance

Very nice owners. The UHaul computer system was a little slow and no wifi service in building, so it took about 30 minutes to rent. I highly recommend the online pre-check in to move the process along quicker (which I didn't do, so that's my fault not the owners). I rented it the same day as used, so that may have been an issue also for slower check out. The truck was in really good condition, and it was easy to return.

At this exact location, they make you ( the customer) move the trucks if it is blocked in. They make yourself search for the serial number and will suggest where to look but they are not exactly sure as well where to look. It took me 35 minutes to leave with a truck after I had waited, moved the truck, handing them back the keys, plus having trouble finding the serial number with no assistance on coming outside to check. Very poor customer service from the start and to the end. After dropping off the truck, inspection was completed and I can barely hear very faintly from the guy saying ( have a nice day, you can go now.) when i was literally 5ft away. Atleast be polite and ask more clear that everything checks out and ask for a receipt or email confirmation. Instead of walking away and quietly telling me that i am done.

When I arrived to do my self picup, there was no key. I ended up having to call customer service and the whole process of obtaining a key to nearly 30 minutes. This made me late for my movers despite me arriving early to do the checkin.

Charged 10 dollars for fuel when I filled it back to 3/4 of a tank. Between the cost of the fuel I put in and the 10 dollar charge for gas I put 20 bucks into fuel for a truck I drove 25 miles and had back 11/2 hours early
