Rev It Up made the process very easy to navigate, despite the fact that the u-haul portal was not working properly. I would not have been able to rent my truck had it not been for their help.

Daniel OThe powertrain had a crazy shudder at idle or low speeds. Also the vehicle alignment was way off and the truck would pull and wonder which made the drive exhausting. Then when I dropped the truck off uhaul hit me with a $70-$80 fuel charge because they said I dropped it off with less the a 1/4 trank of fuel. I dropped it off with 3/8 which is where it had to be. I even called the drop off center and they verified the correct fuel level. Seriously it's been a terrible rental through and through. Even the guy that booked my rental over the phone put it the wrong date, but lucky a truck was still available when I showed up.

BRIAN SI will never rent from U haul again. I have rent 100's of times over the years. Very loyal customer. But the idea that I could not rent the truck unless you contact my alternate contact is intrusive, unecessary and a complete waste of my time. Now I have an alternate contact available before I rent?/???? My contact was not available t I missed my appointment. Waste of time. Never will I rent again This had nothing to do with the site. Its your app and customer service. Awful

Carol PThe good: Smoothest, fastest check out and return I have ever experienced. The bad: I was never given the opportunity to decline safe move and got the charge for it. Also, the policy of returning the tank to whatever it was at is ridiculous unless it is full. Who can estimate exactly what is in the tank when it will always change depending on the slope its parked on. I was charged for being off by a perceived 1/16 of a tank!!!! There has to be some tolerence here. According to my eye, I left the tank slightly fuller. Not happy to see both these charges after a checked my email at home. Waiting to see if U-haul will make it right.
Cooper MCab had used water bottles. Inside of truck bed was covered with a thin oily substance. U-hall rep tried to clean with paper towels

becky sThe location was great. Your reservation service stank. You moved my location. When I went to the new location, I found no truck and the business closed. I was just lucky that Rev it Up could accommodate me. This is my second bad experience in as many months. I will only use Uhaul if I have no other choices.

Scott vI pulled up outside Rev it in Sparta parked the truck opened the door to Rev it up and a gentleman came out and asked me how it went and I said it went well. The tank is filled with gas an the truck was great. He said Ok. You’re good to go. You’ll get ab email. I said thanks and left. Couldn’t have been easier.

DAVID BUhaul has to do a better job regarding smoking in vehicles. the truck i rented was bad and caused me respiratory irritation.
robert aRenting the truck through Uhaul application was very bad, when i received the truck and when i return it back,, i have to call the customer service to help me in the process..i recommend if you can work on this app and make it more usefull. It dos'nt respond.

ANNAMARIE JI was happy with the location and the truck. However I am very unhappy with my estimated price and my actual charge being MUCH MORE than I was told upon booking through the website. I rented a truck for 3 hours...... my estimate when booking was under $100. My charge ended up being $158. I NEVER would have booked at that price. I was refunded $58 yesterday by someone, but there is a serious breakdown in how your pricing is put together, delivered to the customer and then changed.

Nubia GQuick to respond. Easy to book/rent/check-in. Contactless check in and keys. Easy process. Super clean and well-maintained. Would be better if they were a little bit better about how once you get to the location to check-in, you have to do so online in order to get your code and unlock the keys (could have just been me). Would definitely rent again. Super affordable and like I said, super easy and clean!! and new vans!
Yaminah AI made the reservation for a truck in Sussex, it was changed to a pickup truck in Sparta. The guy there was very helpful and put me back up to at least a van.
DAVID RThe location was very far away and difficult to find. The truck was new and clean but the mechanic’s garage was filthy. The price for the rental was high for the inconvenience it caused me. I’m very disappointed with UHaul. They reflect the feeling that they don’t care about the customer at all.

ALBERT NAt pick up location, very rude and did not seem to care about uhaul side of his business. Lucky for me a uhaul manager was in the lot and was able to check me in.
DANIEL BI rented the vehicle for a day and then called the U-Haul call center to extend it for a week. The rep told me it was $340 for a week but said the extension was $429 but couldn't tell me whether that included the damage waiver or how much of a mileage allowance there would be and what the charge, if any, would be for excess mileage. She told me that the computer just gives her a price but doesn't break down any of the details. She said that I would be given the best price when I turned it in but couldn't tell me what I should expect other than quoting the $429 figure. I would have felt more comfortable if I would have been provided with a better estimate of the final cost. In the end, I paid an additional $549 plus the charges from the first day for a total of $727 which does include the taxes but I didn't see the quoted $429 anywhere in the final charges so I didn't really know what to expect regarding the total charges. It would be helpful if the telephone reps could more accurately quote the price and could communicate the details on how it would be calculated.
