JAMES Fthey need to have someone available on fridays in late afternoon to allow customers to pick up we had to pickup before noon because noone would be there after that for us to wait and get a truck later in the day so we paid for friday and it cost us an extra day

Emory FTruck was clean, but the defrost did not work. Drove 6hrs with fogged windows. Had to wipe the windows as I was driving in order to be able to see. When heat or air was turned on, weird smell can out of vents.
