I would never rent through the UHAUL app again. As it was very tedious, slow, it's was the worst experience ever. Then I asked to extendby an hour and UHaul charged me for another day and also for extra insurance. The chat line was no help at all. This will be the last time I use UHaul. I was charged $213.00 for 5.5 hours of use. Totally unacceptable. And then when I returned the truck it took almost one hour to go thru all the steps questions and uploading pictures. Again totally unacceptable. The location pickup was fine.

Miguel PLocation had no signage (and "Highway 1 Holding GP Ltd" does not appear anywhere. I was lucky just to see the truck in their parking lot. Ice and snow on the windshield when I got there. Snow drift behind the truck to drive through. "Automated" system did not work at first, and the lockbox did not have a key in it. 1 of the locks was frozen. Lock on the truck gate was all but frozen as well. Would NOT rent from a location like this again.
Kristopher KThe mobile pick up didn’t work. Website wasn’t able to move past certain pick up my truck screens and then was “temporarily down”. Good thing someone was at the office to help otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to get my truck. Thankful it worked out and I had the help I needed.
Lisa WThe location was good because it was close towear we live. but the online check in was horrible! Took over an hour to get it done! The nan at the location has to help us through it. Definitely not user friendly!!! Then when we returned the truck, it wouldn’t accept the mileage. Wouldn’t accept all the numbers!!!! Online check is horrible. Probably won’t use uhaul again.
Phyllis KOkay made my reservation at a different location. Was notified 2 hours before pick up they didn’t have my reservation. I said I would phone back with confirmation of the change. The change was done before I confirmed. Went an hour out of my way at to get this truck. Was not credited the $50 I was guaranteed. Have been trying to contact via phone call to sort this.
