Nothing. Everything ran smooth. Tyler (fountain location)and Stephenie (Colorado Springs location) worked well together to provide the best storage unit for my property and also made sure I got the available discounts which helped me with my budget. Huge thanks to them both and please let them know they did a great job. I'm the 3rd person from my family renting a storage unit from them and using uhaul. Thank you

Steven HI did not get the size truck I wanted. I needed a bigger truck. Had to make 3 trips with the truck I got. Don't know how they messed up my reservation. Asked for a 20 foot truck and got a 10 foot. That trippled my mileage. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT. Didn't realize that until late in the evening before pick up in the email. When I log on and saw my reservation had a 10 foot truck. No way I reserved a ten foot truck knowing I was moving a 3 BR house.
