No one was in the office, keys were nowhere to be found, no one picked up emergency phone number, finally got ahold of someone who told me they left the keys in the back but that is was frozen shut and I just might be out of luck, check engine light was on, truck smelled like cigarette smoke. Took my over an hour to get access to the truck.

RICHARD ENGLERTCustomer service was abysmal, i arrived at the location I made a reservation for the day prior and they didn’t have the vehicle needed and just told me the next location. After inquiring about the $50 credit for them not having the Vehicle reserved the employees I spoke to were extremely rude and curt. I will not be returning with any future business to this location or any other Uhaul locations.
Jack SchultzWell for starters my Uhaul had to be Jumped Twice once through Uhaul Roadside and the second Luckily I was at a Truck Stop and some kind bypassers helped me out. My p BIGGEST Problem is not with the Popular Level Road Location but, with the Location on Shelby St and the Directions I was giving for the Tow Dolly that Broke the Upper Control Arm on my Car

Nick NovickMy reason for No is that I waited till I got there to register and it took quite some time. If I didn’t have the technology and determination I would have canceled my reservation. It was a very tedious process and next time I will choose another location or provider.

Ahmad RazaqIt’s hard to know if you were at the right place. The truck was two buildings over in a parking lot. There were no dings on the building where it was parked to indicate if it was a U-Haul location.

Latasha SuggI made sure to set my pick up for 9am. That would give me a small window to pick up some items before my son got out of school at 11. After waiting I was told by someone else this location doesn’t open til 10. Not sure why 9 was an option for pick up if their facility wouldn’t be open for another hour. I would have chose a different pick up location

Eudis TellezGet your phone system in order. I got through & helped partially then transferred & was on hold over 45 minutes. The owner of the location happened to be there after hours & instructed us how to get the truck. I still stayed on hold for an additional 30 minutes after we got the truck but disconnected because we had to get it loaded. So someone called me the next day & thought I hadn't even picked up the truck & my husband was turning it in. You guys need better means if communication.

Elizabeth LeeThe location did not have good lighting, signs, nor parking. We drove around for a few minutes looking for the right building and had to park the truck against the side of the building, because there weren't any clear parking areas.

Tina ScottU-Haul needs to update their website! It is terribly outdated. The pick up site on my contract was wrong! The owner of the business had died weeks ago and you had moved the equipment to a new location.
MORRIS HAWKINSI will never rent with uhaul again. The most frustrating and unprofessional experience with a truck company i have ever had the displeasure of being a part of. I simply have no idea how uhaul can maintain a half decent reputation. Not only will I not recommend uhaul but I with now highly recommend to all friends and family that they avoid uhaul like the black plague.
