Dropped equipment after hours

Darrell Vargolocation did not fulfill reservation request for additional equipment (appliance dolly and storage pads), and would not answer repeated phone calls to seek assistance.

This was 3rd location to get truck wasting hours on phone, gas and miles to be picked up then to be treated and talked to like a piece of garbage on the phone after waiting and wasting hours to do so with multiple people

David RoeWhen I got there, the doors were all locked even though the open signs were on or in sight. The hours stated they were open at 9am and I got there around 11:15am. I was also charged for an extra day for both the car trailer and the truck even though I had the rental for two days.

Bernie PoparadThe location was fine ... the issue was that I reserved a 17' truck over two weeks before my move date and the I was told the day of 8/25 that there was not a 17' truck available so the only option I have to guarantee that I even had a truck was to take a 10' truck which lead to two trip of moving my item instead of just one trip. My location of picking up the truck was right down the street from me and then the location changed two more time which was about 8 miles out of my way. It was very confusing and stressful ... I had not choice but to compromise which cost me more money than I should have paid to begin with even though the truck was smaller I had to pay more mileage cost and more gas. I was not satisfied with u-haul at all and I will be leery to choose u-haul for my next move. Yes the location was fine because it was just a facility but u-hauls conduct was very unreliable and confusing
Brannon KnopicTo make sure they put the money back on the card like they said they where going to do tomorrow will be one week since we rented the trailer and it still not back on my card and even called 3 time and they said it will be back on your card and it is Thursday and still not on there
