online I ordered and paid for 12 packing blankets and a furniture dolly. The location I rented from had neither but charge me for both and said that they were unable to credit me the difference so I paid to rent products and did not receive them. I feel like I was robbed.

Eric SandersJust read the contract so you don’t get unexpected charges. I never had this problem but heard of people saying they were billed for extra time. Understand what time you need to have the equipment returned. I like renting the equipment for how little I use it than to get a trailer and plates.
Frank CerneHello, The equipment was very good. Unfortunately I was charged for moving blankets that were not available ($10) and 76 miles over what I actually put on the vehicle ($75.24). I submitted comments when the invoice was made available by email but I have not seen anything back. Please advise, Thank you
