This location does not provide any services. It is remote pickup only and they do not notify you of that. I would have loved to have purchased additional services but there was no services at this location at all. It is not their fault. It is the fault of U-Haul for not clarifying that this was just a dirt lot with a couple of trucks to pick up. Achilles was wonderful and so was Jeff. I have no fault with them at all. My fault is with U-Haul. Somebody obviously placed a sunscreen over the windshield with the cracked window so that I would get nailed for it and not the previous person because they obviously missed it. On the drop off. You guys seemed like you're trying to scam me. I know I got the worst van in the world because it was for in town local and I can understand that but don't try to get me to pay for the previous guys damage.
