The list of what you need to improve is far to long to document here, I will most likely never use Uhaul again based on this experience, thanks for absolutely nothing. This is solely by the people representing Uhaul over the phone and not with either location.

Gary KWebsite was slow and unusable. Should have been able to load all information prior to check-in but that wasn't the case. Uhaul rep also had difficulties loading information at check-in too. Returning the rental the same problems existed. Slow and difficult website issues....

KIM SNo improvement here. Gentleman was top notch with high regard for his customers. All areas of the site, from restroom to store inventory display, were very clean and well organized. Very good neighbor. I arrived from across the street Sequim Storage with my filthy trailer (dirty upon receipt as noted from Lake Hills Chevron). He politely explained Uhaul policy about charging me a small fee for cleaning the exterior. He also suggested I contact Uhaul regarding the extra cleaning charge.
DAVID DJoe was fast and friendly getting the trailer hooked up and unhooked and I will definitely be using this location again.

Ron MA couple run this operation. The wife, Karina, is friendly and helpful, and appears to know her job. The husband is an arrogant, insolent, incompetent, rude idiot who doesn't know how to do anything whatsoever, from running a transaction or processing an order, to operating any of the UHaul equipment, hooking up a tow, nothing at all, and then acts all self-defiant rather than apologizing for his inability to do his job!! It's not a race thing or a language thing, it's 100% an ATTITUDE thing - he has a lousy, lazy bad grumpy attitude.

Ashton PThe truck windshield was filthy; we had to stop to clean it so we could drive safely. The gas cap was broken and taped on! The driver's side mirror kept moving out of place. The UPS mobile check in / return app did NOT work,...couldn't get my profile to do anything. AND when we returned the truck after hours because of traffic delays, there was NO drop box for the keys. I had to get up after 4 hours of sleep to drive back to return the keys. NOT the experience I had come to expect from the many times I've rented UHaul in the past. I won't be a returning customer of this establishment.
John LHe made turning the truck in a very easy thing to do. I felt very welcome. I do not know of any way to improve on this.
peggy jI was surprised to be charged so much more for mileage. I assume you, UHaul, base it on GPS estimates from your site to the drop off site, but it's not enough to cover getting to my home and back and then from my new location to your drop off point. Maybe it's how you pad your bills, but it's irksome nonetheless.
