UHaul rep did not speak English. I had to call UHaul from the pick up location for assistance. My moving blankets and Appliance Dolly were not available. Overall, poor experience with UHaul.

Dineshvarma PThe truck had cigarette ashes all in the front and the back had not been swept out. And the no tag light caused me to go to jail and pay $200. To get out and $ 360. To get the truck out of impound and then you took $217.26 out of my account this morning and overdrew my account I live on a fixed income and thanks to uhauls failure to keep their trucks road worthy as they say on TV either don't eat this month or have to beg from my friends and family and you want me to say something to help the next customer well all I'm going to say is if they are smart they will stay away from Uhaul I no I sure will.

Daisha WThe moving supplies that we requested were not available and we had to visit another location adding extra miles in order to be able to receive those.
ALLYSON FThis location does not have a U-Haul desk so I was worried about leaving the unlocked truck with the utility dolly inside. But the return was receipted with the dolly so all is well. Phone app is required here.
