Lueanne EThere was a rug on the floor of the vehicle when I picked it up. I was charged a clean-up fee of $25 after leaving it in the truck. The truck was swept before I dropped it off. The truck was not properly check in prior to my rental.

Roberto VI rented a 15 ft truck. The cab floor was full of food crumbs and other dirt. Also, the photos of the truck showing its condition were not up to date. The truck that I rented had a big scrape mark on the upper right hand corner.

kumar rThe fact that I was charged for 2 days, was a complete joke! I thought the location was fine, the truck was fine, but whoever entered those charges was outright lying. How can we get charged for 2 days? I never requested that? We returned the truck the next day on time, to hassle with correcting the bill!

Heather RThe lady who rented me the truck didn’t ask me about coverage and just added it without my permission. She didn’t document the rental so when I went to return it the next day they didn’t even know the truck was rented and she gave it to me with very little gas and it smelled like someone smoked inside. She was grouchy and I probably won’t rent with ibaul after this bad experience.
David GGet a bigger area. You have to move the truck in order to park your vehicle in its place while you use the truck. The place is so tight it is hard to get in and out. The clerk was upset with me because I pulled into the lot to return the truck from the wrong side and he had to move it to its spot. I don't drive anything bigger than a pickup truck so my nerves were already shot driving the big truck, I did my move completely alone, I was tired and sore and he wanted me to park the truck in the right spot, I told him I just could not, I don't think I can park it in such a tight space. Of course, he ended up moving the truck, I did apologize but his attitude and body language told me enough that he was pissed off. The clerk is not the reason I wouldn't recommend a friend to this location, it's where the location is---would be the reason. No separate parking area for customers that rent a vehicle. The space is tight and small on a very busy street.

Kyle S2 things. I reserved a van but there was no van available. Thankfully the staff was able to rent me the truck there. When going to fill gas tank. The gas line had been cut and leaked all over. Very scary. Customer service was excellent. Thank you

That’s how Customer Service should be!!! Will definitely visit this location again over the other Everett locations I rented U Hails from!!

Edward SI went to check in on my phone and then had to check in, in the office. You guys charged me twice and I was told I would be refunded in 3-5 business days. Why have the option to check in on your phone and I pay on my phone then have to pay again in the office? The truck itself had a low tire pressure light I had to pay to put air in it. I mentioned it to the lady she said it’s fine and was delivered that way. Was given the truck at half a tank so was told to fill it up. I should be refunded the 70$ I payed to fill up the truck since I didn’t use half a tank of gas. It has a full tank. This was by far the worst experience ever, moving is stressful and this didn’t help.

Milton SReserving with this location directly has been ideal. Online reservations where planners change your location on a whim is a nightmare. Online customer service is extremely unprofessional and is held accountable by Uhaul. This location in comparison is stellar.

DANNY CThe truck was filthy inside. Lots of dirt on the floors, dirty windshield and dirty seats. There was even a partially consumed bottled beverage in the door side pocket. This truck should have been checked and cleaned - clearly was not.

Pani PWe reserved the truck online for 2pm, when we got to the place to pick up the truck there was no one in the office. We waited till 2:30 when they finally showed up and policy stated that we were supposed to be reimbursed 50$ if the reservation doesn’t match what you make it for. The lady working at the time said that she didn’t have to honor that policy because the computer shouldn’t have let us book the reservation while she was on her lunch but that’s not my fault nor should I have to have known that she was going to be on her lunch break at the time I reserved the truck. We didn’t actually get to take the truck off property until 4:36pm. That’s 2 and a half hours past the time I made the reservations!! What a waste of my time!! On top of all this I was over charged 30+dollars for god knows what, my receipt reflected that the truck was returned the next day when I personally returned the truck the SAME day of pick up, and not only that but I was also charged 14$ for gas when the truck was returned with MORE gas than what it had in it to begin with. I will NEVER use U-hauls services ever again!!!!!!
