The owner was very helpful even though the place was closed…
Troy SWow, where do I start?? No one was located at this business when we arrived. We arrived at 10 am. The phone number for the business (provided through U-Haul and online) did not work. There was no way to mobile check-out to get the keys without someone there. The gentleman showed up to the business 20 minutes after us and quickly asked why didn’t mobile check-in…which I tried to do. Then he didn’t know that I opted for a dolly and didn’t even have the appliance dolly that I requested, just a utility dolly. When I asked about the appliance dolly he directed me to go to another location to get one….which I did not have time for. By the time we left a half hour had passed…. When I inquired about adjusting my rental return time he told me that he couldn’t help, that I’d have to call U-Haul to do that. All in all it was a very frustrating experience and I’ll never rent from this location again and will tell people to avoid this location.
Bobbi PThe drop-off location had their hours reported online however when we arrive they were closed. Additionally the parking at this location is horrible. There was one U-haul truck already parked but in a manner that made it difficult to enter the parking lot. Then the lot is so small it is very challenging to maneuver a truck into a space that would not block business traffic.
Kyle MAgain, a larger sign that says U-Haul Drop-Off. The only sign was on the front door and the small mailbox to drop the key. I drove around 3 times trying to find this location.
Lynn YMy reservation got changed from 8 miles from my home to 40 miles from my home. Then it was booked as a one way, which would’ve been cheaper than the intown rate it was changed to. I was then charge $1.29 a mile when 40 of it was just getting back to my house. The location no one was around even though they were supposed to be open. I had to do a mobile pick up instead which took an additional time because of all the verification process through the phone. My into rental turned into an almost $200 charge. Totally ridiculous probably won’t be using U-Haul again
