The two wheel dolly I originally had reserved was actually broken down, so I had to rent the full car trailer instead. Lucky it was there.

David BIt took an hour to check put the uhaul due to there computer and knowledge. Then when dropping off they were going to over charge me by 40.00 due to there math on mileage was wrong and I went less miles and they said it was more had to show them there math was incorrect

Todd MLocation that I originally booked was closer, but NOT open at the scheduled pick up time. Website allowed me to book, even though the 24-hr self checkout option was not available, either. When I called UHaul, agent was able to find a truck, but it was 30 minutes away.

Bill JVery nice people atThe Cutting Edge. Only issue we had were the roaches in the u haul. I know it wasn’t their fault, but we had to go out and buy cleaning supplies and clean the truck which added to our delay. This was noted through u-Haul customer chat and to the our return location.
