Robert LThe truck was dirty in the cab as well as in the box. It was in need of service in a bad way. The brakes worked but not well and needed maintenance. The steering was very loose and was difficult to keep straight on the road. All in all the truck was dangerous but everything worked out well.

suzanne mImprove the signage! This location is located one driveway away from another business also named Power Sports. Wasted half an hour with this mix up. U-Haul sign is small and signage isin poor repair. When I got there one guy was visiting with a customer, another on a laptop. Nobody greeted me. First guy left and went in the back room. I couldn't make the coffee maker work. Waited some more. Finally, the laptop guy helped me. By that time I was anxious for the experience to be over and forgot to ask for the $25 rebate for sweeping out the truck and refolding the blanket I used. You need to get another representative in the Munising area or substantially upgrade this location.

Cameron GWasnt the fault of the location but the truck had loud exauset had a hole in the fuel tank lost 1/4 tank of fuel couldnt use the second day because of it had to file police report waited all day waiting for it but yet they still charged me for something i had no control over.. buh bye uhaul ill go out of my way to avoid
