When I reserved the U-Haul truck, I gave them the number of days I was going to rent, I returned the 10' truck early and requested a refund for the days not used. They kept my money and refused me. No damage, the truck had MORE gas than it did when I picked it up. It was not cool and unprofessional how they kept asking me to call customer service only to be given the run around repeatedly. I do NOT advise using this company for future moves. My employer also wanted me to use U-Haul for a corporate office move, however, after hearing about my experience, they went with another company.
Dominic PService was perfect! No waiting in line, equipment was available and ready for pickup at the reservation requested time. I received excellent customer service and plan to use this location in the future. Thank you UHAUL.

Wayne JFast service and friendly employees. I was in and out quick! Great gas station with a wide variety of drinks and smokes. Definitely recommend this location for uhauls.
Firas Ahad to sign everything on a phone. there was a light on, they told me not to worry about it. mirrors were filthy. they were very nice, just seemed inexperienced in the haul part. it was definitely a side thing.

Donald LI returned trailer to this location, which is a new U-Haul location but also a smoke shop. Was told I wasn't on the rental return list and that I would be charged extra for not returning it where I rented it. I was not going to drive it all the way back across town during rush hour and then return to the 87112 zip code after that. Wish it was clearer -- also indicated, when I made reservation, that I was returning it to a different zip code. Not happy about this fee and non-clarity.
LORIE CThe staff was friendly but store (gas/grocery) customers had priority making me wait on the side. This is why I rated negatively for “inviting” Vehicle parking was easy and location was good.
