Frank BThe truck was clean and well maintained. My whole experience was good except for the fuel. The tank was 5/8 full when I picked it up and 5/8 when I dropped it off but I was still charged $15 for 3 gallons of gas. I was not a fan of the half empty tank, I prefer to top off the tank so there is no confusion. I took pictures of the dash when I took the truck and when I dropped it off. The distance to empty was 238 when I picked it up and 240 when I dropped it off. Maybe I made a mistake in my calculation but I was confident in my numbers.

Felix GGood experience. Except watch out for the hadtruck that comes secured Inside the truck. It was in the way so I took it out. I didn't need it I have my own hand trucks that are better. It just took up space I needed for my stuff. I got charged for it because there is a ziptie holding it in that if you break you get charged for, so if you don't need it perhaps have them take it out before pick up so it's not in your way and you don't get charged for getting it out of your way like I did.

Kevin SAdditional charges was applied for an extra one day for no reason, the person who helped us was very dishonest, we were charged 2 times for the rental and we were charged extra $60 for insurance that we must have otherwise we would not be able to rent the truck, to work for U-haul you have to be dishonest person.

Robert ZI failed to verify the gas level on the contract but returned the truck at the level that I got it at and was charged $18 extra for gas. I only drove 40 miles and filled up $20 worth of gas. Rear tire had significant sidewall damage which seemed unsafe.

W BMy Order#16889614 Complaint# 4503462 My Oneway From California to Utah comes with one month free storage. I was denied the opportunity to use it and I was turned away. I was forced to pay $296 for storage out of my pocket. I was told by the gentleman when I signed the contract that oneway comes with 1 month free storage and I wasn’t given any storage. I was delayed for days by customers service which promised to call me back to fix the issues but they never did. I never went over my mileage as agreed. I even went below what I was supposed to use. I need a refund and compensation for all I went thru.
IBRAHIM OThe person I have dealt with at this location was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have dealt with this individual and he has been a jerk every time I have dealt with him. On this occasion, I had to park and unload me trailer while he sat on his ass in front of the computer n his office. The person does not exemplify the type of employees that anyone would expect from any business. Please consider removing him from your U-Haul distribution locations!!!!

Wesley LApp still wouldn't work. I had trouble connecting and downloading my return milage and odometer readings. I called customer service and they helped. For whatever reason the U haul app didn't work for me so that was a bit difficult .
