dennis aSold our home in Arizona. Packed up our stuff after a couple garage sales. Packed everything in a U-Haul. They had boxes hitch and ball. Light adapter. All accessories were cheaper than Amazon. It’s right in front of you !! No messing around. So I drove to Saskatchewan. You have 6- days. Drop off trailer at a dealer. Very simple. Great business !!! Wayne TI use u-haul more than not and I have used loaders from the site. This time because of the loaders inexperience in packing a truck I was inconvenienced. They were pleasant and courteous. However, the main guy who I will not name will benefit in his business by listening to advice/ suggestions given and practicing on packing a truck better. In the end this experience cost me.
Crystal GThe only issue I had was I was told to park the trailer back in the lot which was very tight and backing up is not my strength. The gentleman at the location did one out and park it for me after I struggled which was nice.

Andrew SGreat customer service at Stage Stop in Maricopa, AZ. As soon as I pulled in someone was there to direct me where to drop off the trailer I'd rented and unhooked it, emailed me a receipt and I was on my way in minutes.

SHANTEL LTell the people that the trailers leak and get lots of dirt in them as you travel so they don’t depend on their stuff being clean and dry when arriving to destination.
V CLocation is great and customer experience on par. After hours pickup was not a good experience due to app. Reservations online should be vetted before arrival. The implemented wait for approval is ridiculous.

WARREN SI was over charged. Rented a 5x9 trailer without a ramp but was charged for a 5x9 with a ramp. When we were doing the paper work I note that he had the wrong trailer, he had me renting the one with a ramp. He responded with what do you mean by no ramp. I do not notice the over charge until I got back home after returning the trailer. That is what I get for trusting him to fix the paper work at the start of the rental.
Richard MI parked the truck and was greeted by the Uhaul manager, who asked if the truck was gassed and cleaned, I replied yes, he saluted me and said thank you, and you can be on your way. So quick, so easy!
SCHUYLER CThe customer experience was absolutely horrible with the agent and manager whom called. I would never recommend Uhaul by this last experience I had. The manager was nasty in her response due to me being inconvenienced do to Uhaul and not me!!! She had no empathy and did not want to honor what her agents said I was to receive do better Uhaul in whom you hire to handle escalations and honor what your agents say!!!

Richard MProvided payment information when making the reservation but when my daughter went to pick up the truck they said payment declined. It should not have, they could not take payment over the phone and sent me to uhaul customer service who then said we couldn't pay online???, this caused a lot of lost time when we had hired movers. If we can't pay online then why did it ask por payment info and then show cc declined? Customer service rep on the phone didn't show any empathy and was rude. The credit card was good and no other issues, I'm no where near maxing it out and have had no other issues.
