The customer service rep was FANTASTIC. She was very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely recommend your business to any friends needing moving vans because she was such a joy.

First issue was the fact that availability of the 26' truck I reserved, kept being pushed back during moving day. Did not work for the loading crew I hired through your Moving Help.com. I appreciated the flexibility of the Stapleton team to offer a 6x12 trailer to be able to start the loading process. Just to find out that the check out process took over an hour(!). as availability of the 26 footer moved further back into the day, we decided to settle for a 20' truck to be able to finish loading. We were offered a discount on the new truck and the trailer. On hindsight by far not enough to compensate for the extra hours the loaders had to put in to piece everything in. On departure day we noticed after 10 minutes of driving that the driver's side rear tires we squeezing together. Another 45 minutes lost on a very long trip, just to find a gas station with working air equipment. During the 3 day drive, we had repeat this process every day in order to avoid a tire potentially blowing up! All together a bad experience and will not recommend Uhaul to others unless they are fully aware that delays and unsafe equipment are part of the deal.
