The application weren't working once I returned the truck and I try for 15 min. However I called the contact support and Lisa Coppini helped me. She provides a great customer service.

Very difficult to have access on the key. I don't receive a email with the instructions for the appli and the steps to have access at the truck. I lost a hour to talk to someone to help me. Not easy at all.

L’application n’est vraiment pas user friendly et fonctionne à moitié. J’ai du recommencer plusieurs fois pour louer le camion. Aucune aide disponible rapidement en français. ça ma pris plus de 30 minutes récupérer le véhicule. Il me manquait aussi un équipement (diable) que j’avais loué.

L'application Uhaul ne fonctionne pas bien, j'ai dû recommencé à plusieurs reprises parce que je n'arrivais pas à changer de page après avoir cliqué sur "continuer". J'ai finalement réussi à faire l'enregistrement via le site web en ligne.

First of all stop making charges that are not told a the begining of the rental. Also you should credit gas that was put in the truck by mistake because of your stuck gage.

The clerk didn’t go around the vehicle with me to see the dents and everything. And I asked him about it and he said it wasn’t necessary. Next time I will ask for it or film all the dents and anomalies on vehicle cause the drop off asked us about a lot of stuff

The clerk talk with friends on the phone and play playstation when i was there asking questions, tried to tell me i had to bring my own tow ball when i rent a pick up truck and a trailer and asked me to back up myself the trailer with my hand in a spot to tight to go with the truck. The hitch lock pin fell on the road and had to buy another one, the only thing that the clerk told is : " let that on the desk" still playing... The gaz level was not right on the paperwork he gave me when i arrived and told me he would arrange it later....didnt do it

I was told over the phone that this location didn't have motorcycle trailer and when I arrived first thing I see, I had to go get and return my trailer somewhere else wasting too much of my time also got charged for that time
