Include dollies for moving heavy appliances
Tammy SWorse uhaul location I have experienced. I dropped of my uhaul trailer a day early. I went inside the location and found somebody in the back. I told him I'm returning my uhaul, what do I need to do. He didn't know, he said he'll call "the guy". He said just park it with the others. So I did. Then went back in and he said he talked to the guy and said I'm all set. I asked for confirmation that you received my uhaul, he said I'll be receiving something soon. I left uneasy, so I call uhaul and explained the situation. Uhaul said if I didn't receive a confirmation by the next day then call uhaul back. I didn't receive confirmation, so I called uhaul back. They tried calling "the guy" at two different phone numbers, he did not answer. They told me I'm all set that they closed my contract. Two days later I receive a receipt from uhaul stating I was 2-days late on my return. I called uhaul a third time and demanded a refund. Luckily they had notes from my previous two calls and I took photos of the trailer when I parked it. They still were not able to reach "the guy" at the location. Very sketchy location. Felt like they do this on purpose do they can collect on the false late charges. Will never use this location again.
Sam HLocation is very unhelpful was not opened for a week did not provide correct information to pick up or drop off which resulted in a lot of stress and confusion for me and U-Haul. Luckily Rob was able to resolve all my issues but this has definitely been a horrible experience.

John HI explained to uhaul about the tolls that I haven’t Sunpass account linked to the tag and they still charged my card. I specificity explain that in an email I sent. Y’all mfs don’t listen. Never Again.
