The furniture dolly was broken (he didn't charge me, but I still didn't have the dolly I needed). The truck had 1/4 tank of gas. Really? The truck had a low pressure warning light for the right rear tire.

Did not get my dolly, which I really needed. Contacted support and they told me I would not get charged. Returned the truck and still got charged. I stay true with my part of the contract, put gas in and everything. Completely insane.
Brenton MccolganThe truck was clean, but I selected "No" above, due to the following issue, which is not a maintenance issue, but for the reason described below. I rented a 15 foot truck, because I needed to move heavy appliances (washer and dryer), and I wanted a ramp. The truck had a metal plate bolted in place, preventing me from removing the ramp and placing it so the top would be level with the truck interior. As a result, I had to lift the appliance dolly approximately 2 1/2" up a ledge to get from the top of the ramp into the truck. This was much more difficult and dangerous than it should have been.

Not till after a few photos did I get a text saying to park further down the road. The person above the uhaul office proceeded to yell at me. Check out directions before starting the procedure is necessary for this location after hours.

UHAUL: When dropping off your rental, park it, lock it, and put the keys in the orange drop box by the door. Do Not Block any of our two gates or you’ll be charged. If the parking lot is full. Park the Uhaul on Lake Blvd near the Circle K gas station. Street Parking. Then drop the keys off in the orange drop box. Thank you.

Aaron WrightI rented a 10 foot box truck and gas gauge was at 7/8. Drove less than 20 miles total and tried to put 7/8 of gas back in it. Gauge did not work I put 25 dollars … 5 gallons In truck, I’m sure I got better then 2 miles to the gallon. Then it a 24/7 drop off and they charged me 20 dollars for after hour drop. And after I drop keys in lock box some asshole above uhaul office is yelling at me because I needed two spaces for box truck parking
STEPHANIE CASHINI was told the tank was full. I drove 25 miles and filled it back up before returning it to find that the truck took over 3 gallons of gas! Annoying at todays prices to have to pay for gas I didn’t use.
