The lockbox lock wouldn’t open. Spent 30 mins trying to get it open and waited on a call to customer service for 10 mins before they answered. Then when the agent arrived he fiddled with the lock and managed to get it open.

My rental equipment wasn't in the truck. I've notified you 3 different ways via the app and email, yet I was still charged. If equipment isn't available, I shouldn't be able to select it. Then I can find it at other locations. But in this case, I needed to go meet the movers and didn't have time.

It was cold and raining outside but they wanted picture of the vehicle from every freakin angle. Took around 15 mins. The gates at the drop off center was completely closed too. Even they can improve in booking easeness. They try to sell every freakin thing in between. Make it easier and get more bookings.

When I arrived, the app was not reading my location which prevented me from moving on to the next step of the process, even after multiple attempts and following the instructions provided. The location is good but the grounds on where the vehicles are parked is not. I fell as I was walking to the truck because the ground was uneven and the lighting was very poor.

Christopher HoraceThis is a very run down corner lot with what looks like to be a meth-lab RV in the back corner. There was no attendant on-site and the e-mails from uhaul.com provided a disconnected number to call for assistance. I called three different numbers before being told if was after my appt time, so they needed to rest my reservation time on mg acct profile. Then i see no equipment has been assigned. I was instructed to use Share 24/7 for my 9’ van rental, when in fact that location is not eligible to rent vans on Share 24/7, thus no van could be assigned anyways. I have to call again and hold for 4 minutes, getting upgraded to a 10’ truck and being goven the lockbox code for keys…. JUST TO HAVE THEM NOT BE THE RIGHT KEYS! I had to call a third time, and I finally had resolution with the help of Raquel! She stayed on the line with me while we went through multiple lock boxes and keys. She even called me back to see if I was alright and gave me a refund on my rental. Terrible, mismanaged, and sketchy location// amazing customer service from Raquel.
Bridget FarrellMake sure that the equipment that was paid extra for is there, and that someone is made available to assist. When there was no dolly we tried to find someone but the main area was locked and had warning signs about trespasserd and no obvious person around.

Jason MastOur truck was not available and we were offered a smaller truck for a higher price, and told there was nothing else he could do and that he had to go. We are in the process of making a formal complaint for George Hernandez (manager) at this location who did a very poor job at trouble shooting the problem and quite literally tried to walk away in the middle of the ordeal. Bad bad bad business practice and customer service. Obviously won't be returning, but genuinely laughable at how poor the customer service was.

He said that he has to attend emergency, hence the delay but simple call/text would be nice rather than is waiting at the location anxiously! Thanks Dheeraj

Edgar OchoaThere isn’t a counter to pick up from. The guy who I guess lived in the camper on the lot had to call someone to give me an access code for the key to the uhaul truck. I get the truck home and there’s a word lock on it. I called the guy from the lot and he wasn’t any help. Had to call customer service for them to help.
Crystal BatesThe requested moving supplies were not include and there was no advance notice of such. The location is literally full of abandoned vehicles in a rather sketchy area. There was no one available to assist by phone when supplies weren’t available. Agent didn’t answer phone and there’s no voicemail set up. Exiting the lot required me to blindly back across a six lane thoroughfare. I did not feel safe picking up the vehicle.

Peter DouglasGeorge provided me with some of the best customer service I've ever received. I called the U-Haul number for the location where I picked up the truck late in the evening and George called me back to talk me through the return process and ensure that he would help me close out my rental. I had issues with my phone camera and could not take photos to confirm that the cab and the inside of the truck was clean but he checked for me first thing the next morning and followed up to confirm everything was taken care of. 10/10 would recommend!!

Constanza GomezThe truck's cab reeked of cigarette smoke and it only had 11,000 miles on it when I got it, however, the transmission was already trashed. The location was unidentifiable. It looked like a junkyard (actually was a junkyard) on a dead-end street and it was difficult to know where to go or who was there.
