Kimberly MI stored here for about eight years, I believe. This is the place that you want. There are power plugs available near your unit. The doors are easy to lift. The place is secure. If you store a vehicle, it does not have to running, registered, and insured like the Cube places. If I ever live near here again, this is the place for my extra stuff.

Paul DRented a truck for pick up on Sunday. Truck was on empty and. There was damage that was not marked. Interior of truck was dirty. Paid for Furniture mover and blankets Truck did not have the blankets or furniture mover in it when I arrived. Use the app to pick up the truck. Location was closed. Called 800 number for U-haul. Waited 30 minutes for a call back. Operator could do nothing for me. Told me to go rent the equipment somewhere else at another U-haul dealer. Had to drive 1 hour round trip to go get furniture mover and blankets from another U-haul center had to pay for them. Horrible experience. I had people waiting To help me move that waited 2 hours because of because of this mess.

ryan mInside of truck was not swept out and clean, I had to do that myself. I reserved a loading dolly, there was not one in the truck and the person at the pick up location said it was not brought with the truck and they had none to give me. The location I requested to pick up the truck did not have one available, so I had to drive a good distance from my home to get this UHaul.

Then we had leaking in our storage and we called the insurance company they said not enough damage was done so that was not helpful and we were never notified of damage in our unit. We then went and noticed someone came Into our unit and tried to use a bucket to catch dripping water and we were never notified. But we were always quick to be notified about our payment

Hazel CAside from a overhead pipe leak that left a rust stain on the hood of my pickup I have to admit that their customer service was excellent and my stored items are almost perfectly undamaged. Overall I give Storage Depot an excellent rating, I would recommend Storage Depot if someone were to ask me for a storage solution.

Some renters need more than a quarter tank when they pick the trucks up and risk running out of gas because they forget the tank is only a quarter full. It’s easier to refill a tank when returning than trying to match the beginning tank level after use.

LEONARDO FThe air conditioner did not work. I drove 5 hours in 85 degree weather. I told the person I picked the truck up from and she told me to inform the person that I dropped it off to…500$ is very over priced for those conditions
misty gTruck was supposed to be new, it was dirty, ciggeratte burn in seat, had a grinding noise when you applied the break. Also was told we would get a refund if returned in the same day it was rented, no refund, said no they don't do that if it was rented for so many days and it was returned early. We only wanted it for one day and we had to pay for two days. I will not use u-haul again.

Stephen R | Overall ExperienceThe truck rental experience was very good & if we need moving assistance in the future we will definitely consider u-haul. We hired movers to load & unload our truck. Prospective clients need to know that they do not have tools and can’t even disassemble a bed. Fortunately, we had a few basic tools & they were able to assist. The same thing was true when the truck was unloaded. They have no tools and could not assist with putting the bed back together. I recommend that everyone should purchase furniture pads to protect their furnishings (low cost & effective).

Jorge E | Overall ExperienceIMO the advertising is a little disingenuous when on the trucks it says something like “rent me for 19.99!” One can assume there are additional fees plus replace has used. But then you get to the paperwork and it’s also an additional $1.00/mile. If you are going across the DFW area metroplex, that can be a significant amount. How about adding “… plus Mileage” even in little letters!

The rear door was stuck I went through the live chat service, I explained the problem to the person who was supposed to help me, she sent a video but the problem was not resolved. I tried to explain that the door was still stuck but she ended the chat. I then called customer service I was on hold for 30minutes and my call was not answered. I called again and I was on hold for 40 minutes before my call was answered. What is the point of having roadside assistance if you can't get the assistance required? This is the most awful experience of customer service I have ever experienced.
