Bill HemmerI was told in an email that I would need a hitch inspection at a U-Haul location. When I called a U-Haul location to schedule said inspection, I was put on hold for 20 minutes, then told that no inspection was necessary. (And indeed, it was not.) The company needs to update its email and its phone wait times!!!

LILLIAN HARRISI had what I needed there and the staff was EXCELLENT!! I really didn't have any complaints at all. A helpful suggestion for U-Haul in general would be to give people a guide as to how to calculate the fuel that needs to be replaced. We're not talking a million dollars here so this isn't a complaint. I put $20 in when only $10 was needed. I feel that was my error, not U-Haul's, but a little help calculating when there is so much on my mind in a move, would have been nice. I had a great experience overall. Everything went well. A+ this time around.
