No one was at this location out in the middle of nowhere. You are required to do all return on the app. Hard to do in a terrible wifi service area. Took over an hour. Called multiple reps. most were no help. One even told me he couldn't stay on line with me because he had lots of other calls..I will never use Uhaul again. The app was terrible. Talking to someone face to face and not being cheated on mileage would be an a starting point for improvement with the whole experience..
