This U-Haul location is a well-kept secret. I live nearby and did not know it was there. I had a good experience. Customer service was great.

judy bI can't say enough good things about James Sales, Redtop LLC. He was nice and friendly. Busted his butt to get me a truck needed for a tenant eviction move out. The key for the uhaul mysteriously disappeared from my handymans side when he turned his back while changing the locks, while police and tenants were still moving out...We flew up to the LLC, filed a police report and did whatever we can do to help locate the key to no avail. James was SO kind, and i was so embarrassed but he did not get angry and solved the issue perfectly and professionally. DON'T believe any bad reviews you see, if you don't pay your bill, your uhaul will get confiscated. Seems fair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
maryann dStole my entire house for 60 dollars they were told to run card and pretended to obviously no notes from bank of charge. Stole my family's entire everything clothes right off our backs 5 kids. Trust me you will hear from a lawyer I will sue you stole my two cats my son's esa he had fallen asleep with having a panic attack you deserve to be sued and shut down 😡 I paid all extension and a deposit on this sjit and you stole my family's stuff
Louie BI had to switch from the Shoregate location to Redtop due to our guaranteed truck not being available. The Shoregate representative was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I came in she was on her personal phone for about 5 minutes while I waited. After she got off the phone, she told me I was late even though I was there she was just busy. It didn't matter anyways since they didn't have our truck. When I asked her what to do she was obviously annoyed and just gave me a phone number to call with no instructions. After switching to Redtop, I received nothing but great service. He even made sure we got our discount that was ensured over the phone because it was not put in the system. I would highly recommend Redtop to friends and family.

William MDrop off location wasn’t easy to find either because it was a parking lot tucked behind a bunch of businesses. There wasn’t any signage or anything to help find the parking lot. We also had a difficult finding the key drop because it’s attached to what appeared to be a day care center.
