brenda callahan gammaThe truck was cleaned, but not well maintained. It was 2012 with 153,000 miles. front end steering was very bad. Could go over 50 mph on the highway. Air bag light went on in NJ. Maryland cabin fan motor broke. Im very disappointed. I traveled from New York to Florida. This truck should be taken off the road.
Thomas MoriartyThe van had animal hair on the seats and smelt like a barn. Obviously the van was used to move livestock. Not obvious to the eye but when you get in the van you smell what was previously in there.

Larry TracyI was spinned around several times, first getting a call telling me to switch sites then get to the site and the app is telling me I am at wrong location then on phone the rep at first did not know how to help me I demanded a supervisor and thank goodness a young lady named Adaria or something like that helped but put me farther to drive to another site, it was insane.

MARKA SANCHEZConvenient location, nice staff , but...This vehicle was not clean. The floor was dirty, seats were dirty, with hair all over them. I'm not sure if I'd recommend this location to anyone without mentioning this. Especially now, with covid 19. No one obviously prepared this van for the next customer.

Stephen CarolanAmazing how a cargo van rented for 3 hours and advertised for $19.95, that went under 60 miles can wind up costing over $80 with no added options except your mandatory ones and all the additional BS fees. Never again. I should have known better.

Sonia RosadoYou need to have in BIG BOLD LETTER ON your and IN your trucks, equipment , and pickup locations advertising the website to go to for the online reservation and after hours drop off. Very confusing. Once on the site the video was helpful. The scanning of the driver license was not easy and confusing also. Web site access had problems that day too. The office at pickup location could not process the rental at first due to website issues. NOTE - THIS WAS NO FAULT OF THE EMPLOYEES THERE they were helpful in assisting getting through the process. Would rate high if internet / online process was essier.
THOMAS,ANTHONY GAMBLEDue to corona virus I had to check back in online but the staff there wouldn’t even come to the door to assist they just kept referring me to uhaul.com which was not exactly very clear. I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to check back in.
