Your official U-HAUL APP is NOT very user friendly and responsive. I was in the pickup site parking lot, the APP CAN'T detect my location! And in the final page of the APP when i was doing the returning, it DIDNOT show how to return the truck key and whether i am finished the whole returning process or not!....
Ming HEverything was great, including Brittany, if I'm remembering her name. She was so conscientious. If anything can be improved is better handling of moving blankets. Requested 36 blankets, but location did not have any. Brittany checked another location, but they, too, didn't have any. I understand dealing with certain individuals, it's hard to deal with getting them back. Anyway, overall, great experience.

Juwan AI book a U-haul truck at 1 location online. Only to get there and to find out that the viewhole was not available. I was then sent the other location and will also have to go somewhere else. It cost me 3 hours on my time searching for U-haul.

Cynthia JThe truck did sound like it should be on the road. The windshield wiper was broken and they made me aware and it will still do the job. It rained all that had a hard time seeing the wiper finally fell off.

Kenny PI dropped off the Truck after the facility was close around 6:30pm and there is definitely not enough lighting at the place. Good thing I wasn’t alone, I wouldn’t recommend someone go alone and definitely not if they’re a woman and doing after hour self-drop off.
Jason MThe cab of the truck could have been cleaned better. The cup-holders and dash were pretty dirty. There was a little trash on the floor of the passenger side. I'm not looking for spotless, but at least wipe out the mess that builds-up. I whipped it down and blew it out just before returning it.
Robert DBetter customer service. Upon drop off of trailer, no employee was on site. Not an issue but was not aware of this, so wasn’t very sure where to drop trailer or if I was going to get charged extra for not a proper check in. Door was unlocked but seemed to be closed inside.

Moussa BAlthough we had lots of hiccups with getting the truck and the equipment, Uhaul at this location and all the people I talked to over the phone to get assistance were professional and helpful. Especially U-Haul at this location understood what happened after I returned the truck and was able to waive the extra charges. Sometimes unexpected things happen but having the heart to be there for the customer is commendable. Thank you for your exceptional customer service. We are pleased.

To get to the new rental location no was there, the staff that answered the phone kept emphasizing how short staff, then the representative had me on long for 30 minutes and then showed up to rental location Sunbrite Supply and had me wait another 30 minutes. The worst experience ever. The rental location is a mess not clean or up to par!
Camillia KLike many U-Haul locations, the area is too small when maneuvering pickups hooked to the longer trailers. One needs to really know how to back up a trailer in tight areas. But the person working there was very helpful and the trailer worked as advertised.
greg wThe location is not open on Saturday despite what is advertised. The furniture pads I paid for were not provided. All of the contact phone numbers are not answered and go to voicemail despite multiple calls to each number, but all of the mailboxes are full and will not accept messages.

ELGIN WI reserved 20ft truck and an appliance dolly through this website for pickup on a Sunday morning. When I arrived, the location was closed and there was a sign on the door indicating I could call a number or drive to their next nearest location. I called the number and no one picked up. The voice mailbox was also full. So I drove to the other location. When I arrived, I was told that neither location stocks appliance dollies for rental (even though the website said they were the closest location to actively have one in stock… not the case I guess.) So we had to forego the dolly, then drive BACK to the original location to pick up the truck and the keys from a lockbox there. So in short, I rented a dolly that never existed from a location that was closed on the day I’d reserved it. I had to drive back and forth between two locations EVEN THOUGH the keys were in a lockbox at the first location, because no one answered the phone and the voice mailbox was full. I wasted an hour of my time on the day I’m trying to move, a day that I DO NOT have any time to spare. I’ve rented from uhaul before and there’s always some sort of issue or hiccup to endure, but this experience was so beyond unprofessional and frustrating that I will not be using uhaul ever again.
Jake SThe lock password needs to be loaded into the app. I had to call the 1800 number each time to get it and that added time. Also for a 24/7 location there needs to be more, constant lighting. Too dark at night. Maybe also a designated spot for trailers. Someone dumped a trailer and almost blocked the rental I was supposed to pickup. Truck rented and had under inflated tire. Got same truck 2 days later and it was the same. Truck also needed to be wiped down in the cab. However, I am thrilled to halve 24/7 access for pickup and drop off!!!

Babajide O- Utility Dollie’s we’re not available at time of pick up even though they were in the reservation. - Cabin of the truck was filthy, smelled at smoke, cup holders sticky, really doubt they ever clean the cabin. - Trck has mechanical issues, it starts shaking really bad on 2nd or 3rd gear

donneli jThe van I picked up had a weird stench to it. Although the online transaction went well the van itself smelled like dogs slept in it.. I would've rent from here next time. Sorry but the rental has to be clean in order for anyone to sit in it.
Farhan KPersonnel were not available when I came at 9:30, and it was very confusing as to where the Uhaul office was, as there were 3 different businesses sharing the same location.
Roy JI had a 4pm pick up appointment. No one was at office. I called and got someone to process rental over the phone. But I had rented hand truck and blankets. After waiting over 45 minutes I left without all the equipment I rented. No one at location upon return at 315 either.
Bobby Dmy issues was with call center. they gave unreliable information. I had to waste gas and miles and time. drove to two locations and did not receive help.
