Better attitude would be extraordinarily helpful. The U-Haul process of getting moving assistance is clearly not ready for prime time, neither via the website or when the date for delivery actually occurs. The website does not provide enough information to make a purchase - needs extensive work. The price is too high in comparison to professional moving companies and the service is significantly inferior. Hiring movers to deliver, unload and place requires people that actually do what they are hired to do. This will NEVER be repeated.

Nothing !! It was a pleasure dealing with the owner, including his pre-pickup phone call when he made certain that what I was expecting was what he was delivering. It's shameful that service can't be expected when dealing with U Haul employees at U Haul shops--many don't seem to care.

I reserved the 10' truck for the weekend, to be returned Sunday. I was called later to switch to the 15' bc they had some one who really needed the 10'. I agreed. I was called Saturday evening asking if I could bring back the truck bc he had someone that needed it. The man was nice enough. It just seemed unprofessional. I'd pay for the extra days I didn't care.

The address in phone book differs from the actual location. Phone book says Bucksport maine,location is in Surry. Pete - nice guy - didn't make this clear on the phone. He said, "you know where we are?" And since I've been past the old (and recent) location dozens of time, I thought I did. Extra 30 - 40 miles, and an hour tacked on my 450 mile round trip. How about an $@11.60 refund for the extra mileage?
