How the heck do you return your car using (after hours) using location when there is no service and no wi-fi. Poor planning, but we figured it out.

Brad CORIGINALLY ORDERING THE TRUCK AND TRAILER ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION BECOMES A NO-GO. THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE A TRAILER FOR A ONE-WAY TRIP. THEY SEND ME TO VERONA FOR THE TRAILER. i GET THERE THEY DON'T HAVE IT AFTER WE WERE TOLD IT WAS THERE. WE THEN GOT SENT TO MCFARLAND AFTER WE WERE TOLD THEY HAD IT AND THAT WE WOULD GET IT FOR 59.00 INSTEAD OF THE 79.00 DADS ACCOUNT BILLED FOR 79.00. SO AFTER THE RUNAROUND WE FINALLY GOT THE UNITS. SADLY WE GET HOME AND ARE CHARGED FOR THE EXTRA MILES AND FOR NOT PUTTING IN ENOUGH FUEL TO BRING IT TO THE 1/2 TANK MARK TO WHICH WE RECEIVED TO BEGIN WITH. SO WE TRAVEL 40 EXTRA MILES IN THE RUNAROUND ALL BECAUSE OUR ORIGINAL PLACE DIDN'T HAVE WHAT THE ONLINE SYSTEM SAID IT DID. SO AM I HAPPY... NOT A BIT, WILL I RECOMMEND U-HAUL NOT A BIT WE WERE LIED TO & LED AROUND FOR NO GOOD REASON. WE PAID EXTRA FOR ISSUES THAT WERE NOT EVEN MY FAULT.

Carlos PThey did not provide the proper amount of moving blankets. I was told to contact uhaul because the store has nothing to do with it. Then I apparently got credited by the store $15 but it was under oil and tire repair? I asked uhaul to credit back the 20 dollars and she kept saying it already was credited. I sent her a copy of the bill still showing $20. They ended up charging me for $5 for two blankets. Provided 2 of the 24 requested. Uhaul said they could do nothing.

Stephen JIt appeared that the previous person using it was in a muddy area. Mud was all over the front wheel wells and along the bottom of the doors. The floor of the cargo area and the ramp were covered in dried mud. A lot of this was transferred to my furniture.
Robert MWe found it impossible to rent through UHAUL. every phone number we called was routed to Chicago they had no idea how to locate a location near us. We finally called a hardware store direct and were able to contract for rental through them with ease.

Eric NMy truck wasn't returned in time for me to use it at 8am, not their fault. However I was given another location and was told they added miles to my trip for me to help cover the extra driving, they did not. I also ordered a mattress cover online with my reservation and they somehow lost that order so I had to buy another one. Because of the move in rental location I also wasn't able to register in time and had to wait extra time to be approved in the app.
