I wish you had car trailers
Charlotte MTruck was not ready, buried in snow, and I had to get it out!! Then I was asked to pull a trailer to the next location by U Haul, but the gas station would not get the trailer out of the snow or even hook it up to the truck. When I asked the manager why this is not being handled he stated I needed to pay him to hook up the trailer, it was not his job, and he got in his car and left the location.
Jeanne JThis truck was very uncomfortable. The seats were not adjustable and if you are taller then 5'10" you could not fit behind the wheel. Our pick up location was moved so everything that I had asked for, Boxes and tie downs were not available which was a huge burden to us. Would not recommend this experience for long distance.
Jean KDid not help with hooking up/test as all other locations have done for me in the past this caused me to have to drive back to the location to get a working cable since the signals did not work because I got a defective one.
Nicholas RWaited at least ten minutes and was told they would send me a receipt. Never counted pads or assisted with unhooking the trailer. Just told me to unhook near a spot.

Brody MThe person working that day was aswesome under the stress of having to call the manager he is the only one that knows how. The kid took it well How ever i was hr land half late to getting to place needed the u haul for and most my help left so i had uhaul longer then plained. I filled out all on line the day befoe and manger made me redo app on phione with him When i toom it back the mangwr was upset i didnt give a week to 2 days notice and i cant help ut was a emergency move that i was not give date till the people in house said the peraon could gwt iitems till day bwforw
Amy BVery small place and parking lot. Many things going on at once with not enough working knowledgeable staff. My drop off was changed to miles from the original place and the new place was very slow to drop off.
