Anne HMikhail is taking care of his customers. He always do much more than his duty. He is a very friendly character. Before I get to know him, he even called and arrange a storage for my stuff. I am a U-haul customer from 2011 and I never found better personalized and customer caring service than from Mikhail.
Aruna BI was very lucky to reserve one of these large cargo trailers. Mikhail was respectful and attentive to his UHaul clients. Don’t be dissuaded by the site’s rustic location (and its somewhat difficult to find entrance). Mikhail rents trailers. Full stop. He will even help you reserve alternative options… and help you manoeuvre a trailer out of the lot!

RONALD KIve probably rented from UHaul 25+ times and nearly always had a decent customer experience but this was hands down the friendliest, easiest and best.

Dennis HTried Sending me on my way with a trailer with no working lights. Had to swap trailers. Nothing was shovelled or plowed. Looked like the person running the place had never used a trailer before. Gave me 10$ off for the lack of service. Would avoid this location at all cost.

I have used your service a number of times. I was appalled with the calls. If you like I have all the messages still on my phone.
