Lower Rae’s cost me $110 to rent truck that was $19.95 day. Mileage Nd gas outrageous. Won’t be back.

Was charged for 49 miles and I only went about 12 miles here in town. So very frustrated!

Brennan SI shared with employee that the front end has a shimmy in the front end. It may need new steering or suspension parts or the tires are cupped. Didn't effect what I needed it for. Short distance to move appliances to new home. Did the job.
Mike GI don't like the new policy of receiving the UHaul truck with 1/4 tank of gas. We put more gas in the truck,estimating what we would need. We overestimated and returned the truck with 3/4 tank. That means that we paid for about $60 of fuel that we did not use. I was told that we might try to get that refunded, but that it was unlikely that would happen.
Luanne MI returned on New Years day so location was closed. No interaction with anyone. I just put paperwork into return box like website outlined and did finished return on phone before I left location.
David ZIt seems to be avery busy place and could probably use two people working.. But staf was very nice and polite.
Linda MTruck engine problem light was ON at pickup. No walk around inspection. No helpful hints about the truck. All requested materials were Clean and present as expected. Trip went well in new Truck from different location. In general do Recommend UHaul services. Thanks

Nancy WCouple of marker lights were burned out or had bad wiring when I picked the trailer up. That would be very good to fix for the next customer. The only other issue was that water appeared to come into the trailer from the floor in the front when towing on the highway. I'm not sure if this is something that needs to be caulked or if all of the cargo trailers do this. The roof did not leak which was appreciated.
CHRISTOPHER PIt was a pleasure working with with the friendly and knowledgeable associates in the store and individuals online. From choosing the right size truck for my needs, to pick up and return of the truck, the process was easy and clear. The truck was immaculate. I cannot think of any changes needed.
Rose KUsing the app is convenient but the app knocked me out several times which required me to get back in several times. It eventually worked but was a little frustrating.

juanita wIt would be nice to have GPS in all the vehicles. It was hard for me to get in vehicle. I'm 5'1" and 78 yrs old. The hand grip helped a lot, but a fold down step would be nice for us shorties.

Kathy EI reserved a 10x20 unit. However upon arrival, was given two individual 10x10 units to use. “Climate controlled” apparently does not mean temperature or humidity controlled. Indoor area was hot and muggy inside. Otherwise nice, secure facility.

LISA WCustomer service was excellent. We were a smidge late bringing the truck back and they were super understanding. We will hopefully not need another truck in the future, but if we do, we will definitely get it from them.
MCKENZIE HNo muffler on the truck. It was embarrassing to drive. Informed U-Haul rep but no solution other cancel the reservation. I had people standing by and I took off work to get stuff moved. U-Haul provided no compensation for substandard equipment.

TOMAS BInclude check in and check out in price of rental. Customer ends up doing most of the work self service, and after a full day of moving stuff, the last thing you want to do at 10:00 at night is spend an extra half an hour going through your website taking pictures and filling out forms. I know this is company-wide policy and not endemic to the local rental site. Otherwise everything else was fine. Thanks

Wayne SSean was amazing. There is really nothing he could improve on. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had us on our way very quickly while also took care of other customers. We would definitely recommend this location for anyone needing uhaul service.
NOEMI SI tried to do mobile pickup and it couldn’t determine my location. The customer service person was very helpful, but it still took almost an hour to get the truck. It wouldn’t accept the alternate number. Kept thinking it was my number.
