GUSTAVO BETANCOURTI would like to request a refund from since the trailer had an electrical defect that took over two hours to be corrected and it broke again during the trip we even got stop by a trooper because the lights weren’t working properly

GILBERTO MARICHAL1- take me to much time for check in. 2-the dolly for my car miss the plastic piece for the chain what going under the car, however left before the dolly put in the wrong way the “straps” take me long time to take out, U-Haul Asociate should check this before to checking time, the truck was dirty inside I cleaned it, this store need more asistence from associates, need more experience as well, the lady who take care of me was new but the other lady do not help to much neither. By the way I left the sun pass on the truck help me to get it

ESTEBAN SANCHEZI am rating it a one star because I find it absolutely ABSURD to charge someone an additional day of rental and insurance for being 1-2 hours late in dropping off. This should be a prorated thing if it's not that late, not charge someone an ENTIRE OTHER DAY!
