carol pCheck in was simple and representative was friendly. However, the truck was not cleaned off of any snow or ice. As such, I had to look around the yard for something to clean it off with myself (a broom).

Tom KWe dropped off the trailer, walked inside, and were told that all was good. Two days later, U-Haul charged $20.00 for some sort of an off-hours return. We returned the trailer at 5 PM on a Saturday. After a phone call to the location, they admitted the mistake and issued the $20 credit back to my card.
