I suggest for the instructions given to the customer regarding the process upon returning the rented vehicle be consistent from the beginning. I received a call from a 915/916 area code instructing me to return the vehicle a completely different way. I felt more comfortable following the 1st set of directions given to me when picking up the rental. In conclusion, consistency would provide more clarification and less confusion.

The rear cargo area had some Christmas tree leaves in it. Ended up getting all over the mattress box spring I was moving. Not too upset about it but maybe something to consider in case someone else rents the van to get a tree

It needs to be made clear to the customer that this location does NOT offer anything extra besides the truck. If you request a dolly, furniture pads, etc on your reservation, this location will not have those items and will not notify you in advance. I was left without important equipment at the last second. I made my reservation about 4 weeks in advance and even stoped in to this location several weeks in advance to make sure everything with my reservation was good to go. They did not inform me that they don’t include these extra items even if they were a a part of your official reservation. I don’t want this to happen to someone else who chooses to rent here as opposed to an official U-Haul location.
