Well the tank was not full but I filled it for you. And the cost was well over what’s advertised but hey it’s now paid !!!!! Keep deceiving folks w false adverts

Preston WFriendly service. This is why I would recommend this location. The agent needs more experience and training on your computer system. The system would not accept my Postal code or home address. Literally had to make up an address in order to complete the rental form. Also I think the concept of having to “ Verify my return via your app or be charged $20.00 is absolute B.S! It’s your truck ! You verify it! It’s a waste of your customers time after a long day. Your idiotic app ran me Around in circles yesterday. Booked via app. It asked me if I wanted to repeat my last previous booking. I replied “Yes” Went to the previous location only yo find out my reservation location booked via your app was 70 miles away. The location I was at didn’t have a truck. Was told to come back in an hour. I gave it an hour and a half. Went back… still no truck. Wait some more. Still no truck. After wasting 2 Hrs. of my work day I finally had to go find an another location. This was a lot of hassle just to rent a van for a few hours.

Gamal MI did not expect the truck to be parked on at the other plaza. And then to retrieve the keys to go to the actual home hardware store on the other side. And they forgot to put a utility dolly in the truck as I requested. My moving experience was a pain !!

Mary DTruck was dirty/wet not clean, your registration has a long list of selling add ons (makes customer feel as if your advertising is ingenuine), the home hardware locked their gates making return difficult, and got charged a fee at the conclusion for no real logical reason - very poor service and experience overall - long way to go for improvement

FERIAL KThe location close after hours they lock the parking loat with gate, so don’t park your car there. I have to go and come back to home with out dropping off the truck because of that we have to pay extra money. And i can’t even use my personal vehicle that day.

FERIAL KCustomer service at this location is top notch from start to finish. The owner and General manager were so patient and helpful and answered all my inquiries politely and correctly. This is the best U-Haul service I have ever received to date and I have rented U-Hauls from other locations over the years. This Home Hardware location takes first class honours, extremely impressed and will be my future rental location.
