RANDAL HLocation was understaffed and had a long wait, then when I was completing the documents for the rental, I was informed very callously that the moving equipment I had reserved was not available. So I had to track down hand truck/dolly, furniture dolly and padding in order to complete my move.

Michael LWarn customers that when they tap on the address on your website, the Google map takes you way in the opposite direction. I lost out on 30 minutes of my moving time getting lost, stuck in major traffic, having to pull the address up on a different map.
julie aThe truck box was dirty inside cab dirty lighters were left with other things the attendant said she was on break for me to check my self out and then on return no one was around so i had to check my return in this by far in my life as im 63 was the worst u haul experience ever and i have used uhaul alot
Bill CMy only complaint was the vehicle itself. It had 100k miles so I understand it wasn't brand new, but it was a little rougher of a ride than I've had in the past. But overall, the site personal and the ease of rental and drop-off were great. Thank you.

GERMAN FThe customer service person was very nice, however the van we got was filthy. one spider inside and let hair or human hair all over seat. The dash board was dusty inside and cup holder has a hair clip from previous person. The floors was filled with dirty and garbage - I have pictures to show. Not happy at all
Roma BService was bland and dry. Location price gouges on boxes and other things. Truck had film of road dirt across everything. Windshield was dirty. Mechanically truck was perfect. Drop off process was a pain as I had to do what was uhaul’s job of checking in or I was to be charged a fee. Will not get another uhaul in future nor recommend.

John CNot a big selection of vehicles. Woman working behind counter couldn't be bothered. Man working with her had to ask her to wait on other customers. When I called earlier she wouldn't help me book online. Called a location in Wylie and they booked the uhaul for me.

Steven HIt would be nice if they had the 36 moving blankets I ordered two weeks ago. Without the moving blankets, it made our move a lot more difficult. I’d also appreciate a full tank of gas when I pick up a vehicle. The truck was less than half a tank when I picked it up. I tried my best to replicate the odd fuel level and I see a $16 fuel charge on my bill because I could not guess the previous level. A full tank would eliminate the quests work.
Brian MThe people & the equipment were excellent. The only issue is the actual location which has an extremely small parking lot with only 4-5 parking spots & barely enough room to back your car out. It’s impossible if there’s someone else in the lot which happened when we were dropping off the truck.

Charles CI wanted to give some comments about my overall experience. I rented a uhaul at one location and called the night before to check on the status of my truck. They said one was not available for me to rent at my 1st location even though I was allowed to rent it on line. Also if I would not have called i would not have had a truck. After my reservation was changed, I called the new location and asked the manager to call me back to verify my order. No one ever called me back
Darryl TInside of vehicle was dirty. Both side windows and front window had not been cleaned. My guess is the last user had pets and they licked on the windows.
