Nothing to improve. Experience was great
When I arrived, it was extremely hot outside and the owner personally came out and assisted me with getting my car off the trailer. He was a very helpful and nice gentlemen.
A phone number that we could actually reach you at would be good.
Would have preferred a more secure drop off. They were closed at 5 pm. Should be open alittle later. With that said, they were very good on the phone, giving me drop off instructions and where to put the keys, etc.

Curb appeal is not personal. Had to park trucks on the street. Wasn't very safe leaving dollies in the back unlocked.
This location was great! However I did not like the fact that I went online in advance to reserve the trailer at a location only to get multiple calls and texts from multiple locations expecting me to drive an extra 20 minutes each way to pick up a trailer I reserved Less than a mile from my home. I also did not have this location come up as an available site when I went online to make my reservation. It is a good thing when I called in to complain about being rescheduled so far away that the lady was able to find this location for us. If we have a choice in the future we will always pick this location.
You should do military discounts.
Make sure the lights on trailers work before they leave the yard
Overall experience was ok. They didn't have a hand truck in stock that I had reserved, however, I was given an appliance hand truck at no charge so that made up for it. My only issue was that there was nothing else in stock as far as being able to purchase a tow ball or lifting straps. I was a little disappointed by that.
man on sight was very nice and helpful. location was not as inviting as the canton Georgia facility.
Scott--the man at that location--called me the night before I was supposed to pick up the truck. I told him I planned to pick up the truck at 10 a.m. He asked if I could pick it up earlier so he could get out of town sooner. Then, the told me he only had 18 of the 24 pads I reserved. He gave me a price cut, but I needed the pads. Overall, I was not impressed with his customer service. He acted like I was imposing on him.
Did not have a handcart that was requested
The truck was not clean inside. We ordered 2 appliance dollies and received one. This would have been a serious problem if the assisted living facility hadn't had a cart and regular dolly we could borrow. Otherwise, the truck was in good working order and made the 750 mile trip just fine.
Thank you. Drop off was easier than pick up! It tool less than 3 minutes. A busy Mom with small children in the car - what more could I ask for? I'd happily recommend your location.
I picked up the truck late on a Friday and, as planned, returned it to the same site on Saturday afternoon. I got three calls from three people on Sunday asking me why I hadn't returned the truck, and after working that out with them got a fourth call from another person on Monday asking again when I was going to return the truck.
