lv Denver, not have to go to another location like I had to with this one, I booked a Truck at york street and head office changed the location and date but the new wasnt open on the date I booked, so then I had to call head office to find a van on the date I wanted NOT the day you decided to give me, this took me 4 hrs to sort out with 2 twins aged 16 months and a 4 year old sat in the car on a hot day DISCUSTING, then when we got to our location in florida we couldnt drop it off where we were supposed to because yet again it was closed and they had no room to leave it we were also told by head office that several other places were full to so had to take it to a corporate location to drop off total inconvienance Then got informed when rented that our strorage would be free for the first month but guess what when we got to the storage told oh this location doesnt honour the free month SUPRIZE SUPRIZE Im going back to Penske next time to rent should have stuck with them this time

The manager or who ever he was was very rude non understanding with how talk to customers to hear s how an issued really don't have to be an issue. Anyways he ruined the experience as did the young man and young lady the night bebefore

I requested the truck at 70 and chambers locstion and had to pick up from colorado blvd which was very inconvenient. Agebt left a medsage of a $50 refund will be credited baxk to my account so i guess thats acceptable?I rented a dolly and did not get a dolly and was charged for one for 2 days. Spoke with agent at the location and said I woukd be refunded so that's ok I guess. Truck battery died so I had to jump it and worked ever since. So I guess I had 3 bad experiences with this 1 incident but just happy I was able to move my things.
Worked quickly once the box arrived. The moving helpers were just okay.
Good experience with Your Favorite Help movers as well - they were suggested by the associate I spoke with at the Denver UHaul office.
boxes were delivered on time and everything was in great condition. the employees at receiving location were very helpful

Possibly consider 8:00 am start time Sunday? Earlier drop-off/pick-up time to get most out of daylight. jsk

I found through a internet search.The online order was easy.When I picked up the box the staff was friendly, professional and efficient.All interaction with staff was professional,efficient,courteous.
U-box was an easy way for us to move out of state. I will definitely suggest it to friends.
Lug nut on tires were very lose and greasy.

Trailer not hooked up properly. When I tried to contact actual location which was only block & 1/2 away I kept getting call center. I think there should be a way to talk to actual store location
And explanation of access hours and contact for after hours would be a great help.
They were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped out a situation where a moving company messed up and helped solve an issue with the other storage company Uhaul had used.

The doors were bolted shut when we got to our location and since all of our tools were in the box, and we were too far away to bring the unit back, we had to go out and buy a wrench before we could unload which was a huge hassle and took us longer than we hoped to get it all moved. However, the people working were all very kind and even let us borrow their ball for the tow since we were borrowing a friends car.
Staff (two old, bearded men) was rude and not helpful. Then treated me like I had done something wrong because their computer was not working right. One of them swore at me about foot prints in a trailer that swept out. I was also over charged by almost $200, referred to a call center that I was told was not in this country, then promptly ignored as soon as the phone rang. This place is THE WORST!!!
Denver was staff was very helpful and didn`t charge for extra gallon of gas, since I barely used any. Very kind, appreciated the simplicity and trust.
tires were worn and I commented to service agent when I was getting the trailer that it looked rough as well as the tires looked worn. Over the course of the trip, and with 3 stops all 4 tires on the trailer were replaced. The experience of getting response and the locations that we had issues were ideal, so was happy with that. Uhaul and the associates that addressed the tires were very professional, helpful, timely and friendly. It was unfortunate to have 3 stops to address, but it should now be ready for the next customer. We had 2 other trailers rented in our group. The one that was identical to mine was loaded heavier and they had no issues at all. The question of load and weight came into question by the agent on the last flat tire.

I made a reservation online for the UHaul location nearest to me (E Colfax) because that would obviously be the cheapest option. It allowed me to make the reservation and sent me a confirmation email saying that a truck was being held for me at the E Colfax location. I showed up, right on time, but lo and behold I was at the "wrong location." My truck was actually at the 4800 CO Blvd location. So I had the pleasure of wasting an extra half hour of my morning and driving 10 miles further from my house, which incidentally cost me an additional $10 after a round trip. All of which would have been avoided if my reservation were made by a competent company.
Tim was very friendly and accommodating. The process made moving very easy and stress free. When we brought the truck back Tim and his nephew came right out and we left within five minutes that we dropped the truck off. I would definitely recommend this location!

Very well organized, and Tim was great to work with, very helpful with a good sense of humor. Tim is a people person and that makes the task of renting, or, returning equipment easier and more personable.
Easy and convenient. A little difficulty reaching a live person at the Colo Blvd location. Otherwise very good experience.
The vehicle ran great, the outside was dirty, though not an issue however, did not realize until miles down the road the inside was a totally different story. There was some type of animal hair (I believe cat) in the seats and the smell was awful. I am allergic to cats and my sinus acted up the entire rental. The agents were wonderful and apologetic, but the animal smell inside the vehicle is an all time very low and I have rented vehicles 50 times or more in my life.
The young couple that were running the place were just WONDERFUL, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. To improve for the next customer, these two could use a commendation.
Although I would recommend this location I would not recommend uhaul as a company. Worst experience and the nickle and diming is too much. There needs to be an understanding what the word "reservation" means because what I can tell you it doesn't mean is not having the equipment at the location I reserved at. Your customer service agents are not friendly or understanding. Although I could not make a change to using you this time because of the time frame I will not be using you for the bigger portion of my move or ever again. Customer service goes along way and you in my opinion have a long way to go to understand that.

The owner Megan was helpful but was very short and rude to a truck driver. He interrupted us while we were conversing about pricing. She yelled at him and told him to wait. I was glad that she took us serious, but I felt she could have handled it differently. As for the driving experience I feel like the brakes could have been better. All around good experience.
There was a sliver of gas missing in the fuel tank when I dropped it off and they charged $23 for it. They also charge $7 to use the dolly in the back and $10 to use the packing blankets.
We called 800 # for drop off location got there to be told the site was full and to go a larger site 2 miles away. The 2nd site was.
The 2nd site staff was very efficient.
have dedicated road lines for costumers and equipment. the site is busy and could be organized better.
Fix the customer service problems at your colorado blvd location. They were rude, incompetent and did not return messages. They are the reason my family and I will probably never use uhaul again.
Had problems with the tail lights, had to wait for road assistance for 2 hours then another 1:30 for them to fix the problem. Was not happy at all!

Ensure UBox is in good condition (the latch was misaligned on mine) and with furniture pads
Ubox wasn`t able to latch shut and furniture pads were missing.
With the exception of delivery people and David, our experience with UHaul was terrible. Poor communication, terrible phone etiquette. Will be making formal complaint to request refund.
I have a few friends and family members that also have rented trucks from this location always good customer service.
No problems with the drop off.
Better communication between stores, the call centers that take calls for the stores, and the national 1-800-go uhaul workers. We were told different information from each group about the status of our u box every single time we called. Our u box was late and we were without our belongings for 3 days longer than we should have been. No fault to the stores or store managers, but the u box process as a whole.
Faster check out - I believe they were short staffed and all of us got there right around 5pm, so there was a back up. But the staff was excellent and very friendly.
You can make sure they understand that reserving a certain size online two months in advance doesn't guarantee that you will get it. I reserved a 6 x 12 and when I called to confirm, was told that I couldn't have one and that I would have to take a 5 x 8, which put us in a bind, as the items we were moving wouldn't all fit into a 5 x 8. I will never use U-Haul again.
Customer service was very slow. I only had one person in front of me and I had to wait for over an hour to pick up my reservation.
This location wasn't terrible but I only ended up here due to a mistake on Uhaul's end for the Englewood location.
Overall I am very dissatisfied with Uhaul overall right now
The girl we worked with was dumber than a wet bag of shit. Also, Uhaul's customer service over the telephone is worse than comcast's I had to drive 2 hours extra for a trailer since my "guaranteed" reservation in fort collins wasn't really guaranteed. Extremely dissatisfied.
I think for a 2 hour rental $60 was high. I am disappointed at how quickly the mileage adds up and that's not even including gas. I could've rented a car from hertz for less.
This was a positive experience. The gentleman who checked and disconnected my equipment did so quickly and with a friendly demeanor. The only problem with the location is the lot layout that is not conducive to equipment return, but this is a problem I have experienced at every U-Haul location I have ever visited. The lots need to be larger with better in and outflow of customer traffic.

UHaul box couldn`t latch and didn`t come with furniture pads.
Folks at uhaul were ready when I arrived and very efficient and informed. Much more so than past experiences at other uhaul locations.
You never contacted me when my box arrived. You charged my credit card without permission or my presence. You continually lied to me over the phone.
The facility was great. I just didn`t find the uBox to be a cost effective way of shipping my stuff.
Staff miscommunicated with each other, were not honest, and, with 1 exception, extremely rude. I work in two service industries and couldn`t believe the terrible service I received
When my box was originally picked up in Oregon, the movers were 5 hours late. However, the movers who delivered the box in Colorado were very prompt and fast.

Nobody at uhaul ever contacted me regarding the delivery date of my UBox. My UBox was sitting at a storage facility for 8 days before I was told I could come pick it up.
Very good customer service
UHaul didn`t deliver on schedule , lost record of one box, then asked me to schedule pickup of a box that had already been unloaded. Logistics are clearly a mess.
My only complaint is that the UHaul folks in 4800 Colorado Blvd. were very unresponsive, causing me several instances of waiting around for hours for calls to be returned which never were.
Move out from Richmond, VA took a long time due to one Ubox being brought at a time and not having pads/blankets like we ordered but move in to Denver, CO was excellent.
The movers were very helpful. The Ubox latch was broken when it was delivered. However, it was very clean.
Everything was great. The U-box was even delivered to its final destination one week earlier than scheduled. Would definitely recommend to others.
