Disappointing that because I own a Ford Explorer that I have to get a different vehicle to tow with. but if I had one of the other platforms that have the identical chassis design it would be no problem. Time to tell the lawyers to move on!

We were moving our belongings from Peyton, CO. to Sedan, NM. the miles were below what we needed and we had to pay more. Miles need improved.
Difficult maneuvering in this crowded location. Must be under construction? Customer service representative was very good, thorough, and professional :)
The only reason the location received an 'Average' rating is because of the remodeling currently taking place. The staff themselves were friendly and helpful.
This 26ft truck we rented was old and out dated. It stalled/hesitated in the engine incredibly bad when starting it up. It was very rough riding on the road and there was enormous play in the steering wheel, it was not tight and just extremely too loose while trying to drive
We moved into an interior storage unit, but it was in the corner and the lighting didn't reach it. We had to bring our own battery operated lighting. Having the above light strip extend another 10 feet to reach the unit would be a big help!

Best experience we have ever had moving. We had a delay due to loan closing and they were very accommodating and helped us keep the truck longer by moving other customers to different trucks to help us out. They are rock stars!

Pricing doesn't quite make sense, after tax trailer rental was $42 if I picked up and dropped off at the same location, BUT if I were to change the drop off location only 80 miles away in the same state it was going to cost over $200, why?!? It's a trailer and Uhaul has thousands of them, you would think one way costs would be lowest on trailers of all things!
Tom was my initial contact and he was helpful and friendly. The return was quick and easy.

Was tld if rtrn w/ military ID. We wld get discount. Came back same day, was told discnt wld apply nxt MO not applied to this MO Some1 had the wrong information as I did deal with 2 different reps.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I rented for the same move with another location that was not strictly U-Haul and it was not as pleasant of an experience. It wasn't bad, just not as excellent as this one. Thank you for being there during one of the most stressful things a family can go thru: a move!
Maybe have a chime on the door so you know when people come in as well as greeting people when they enter.

Seth was amazing! He was very respectful of the fact that I was in a rush. He took the time to repair the ground wire on my truck so the trailer lights would work. He is the reason I would return to this location. Also, the early opening time of 7 am was very helpful. It would be nice if you offered a military discount in this military town.
I was overcharged on pads even though a note was pot into the account saying not to. I would recommend not letting that happen to the next customer.
Best customer service ever! I moved to Colorado from Reno, NV. I was scheduled to drop off my truck in Denver but my entire move was so difficult! Every plan kept changing and I unexpectedly ended up in Colorado Springs. I was so stressed out! I came in with crazy and left so calm and appreciative!!!

Make sure vehicles are safe to drive - the vehicle I had had a headlight way out of adjustment (blinding oncoming and passing traffic.
I asked the person who inspected the truck on my return if they ever drove the trucks and he said no. I then told him that the truck wasn't running well, the transmission Wasn't working properly and the truck was barely making it up hills (like I thought it was going to die on the hill). He said, "yeah everybody says that." Din't you have a maintenance department that can check complaints? I have driven many many U-Haul trucks over the years and I have never had one this bad.
The seat belt light kept coming on eventhough I had my seat belt on, must be a sensor problem. The truck was ok but had a 100k on it so the wear and tear was noticeable. Check in with Holly was great and check out was smooth.
Getting into and returning the equipment to the location can be a problem because of the traffic and narrow lanes.
Customer service was excellent.

The price on the side of the pickup said $19.95 per day, an hour and a half later the bill was 61 bucks.
That is flat out false advertising. Uhaul needs to change the way they advertise...it's a lie.

Inside of pick up truck, seats were soiled. Otherwise everything else was just fine.
Pedro re-wired my four prong light connection in less than ten minutes. Mine was corroded. He gave very good customer service.

Someone had said to get to the store 2 hours early if you want to get your truck on time...but in my experience, I got my truck in less than 15 minutes. They did a great job. Super professional. Thanks!
Everything went very well and the sales associates were very thorough and helpful.
I was satisfied install but dis not like that I had to pull out the best option for myself. The rep that I spoke with who set up the reservation completely ignored me when I said that I wanted to rent the smallest truck with a 3rd seat for my baby's car seat. He kept trying to get me into something that I was specifically tried to avoid and I found the best option for myself.
Far too expensive for what it is. I used about 40 dollars in gas but paid 240 to use vehicle. I will not be returning. But the person who helped me was very nice.
I like the dollies in the lobby because someone stole mine and we brought one.

Great experience renting a trailer this weekend from this UHaul rental site off Powers Blvd. Helpful, friendly staff, quick service, no issues. Would rent from again in a heart beat.
We received poor customer service first we where late due to it took The extra time it took for us to close on our house. I received a voicemail saying I was late, I explained what was going on and I needed to extended the time I was going to pick up the truck. Then I received another voicemail stating that I could not keep the truck for 24 hr due to another customer was picking up the truck at 0700. I returned the phone call and the first thing I was asked was "did you receive my voicemail?" I replied yes and that is why I was calling back. I never asked for a truck for 24 hr and I had know idea what they where talking about. And then I told them I will discuss this matter when we get there. So we where greeted by Emma. At first she was adequate, but she asked us for our current address which I then gave it to her; & she asked me how far away it was. I am new to the area and did not know. I told her I did not know and she stated she needed to know how far we where going. When I went to the first Uhale store in Yukon, OK he had everything figure out for me and he told me the extract millage and placed extra for me. My husband asked her why can't you google it for her or help her out. Then she became very rude. So I went to my phone to look up the mileage to my house. She proceeded to tell me it doesn't have to be exact. Well I wanted to make sure so I knew how much we needed to pay. Then my husband started talking to my nephew in Spanish because this is the only language he speaks and I could tell that this was making her upset. She told me 2 different times I needed to bring the truck back at first she said 6:30 am and then she change her mind and said we had be there at 6am. I instructed her again that we will be bring the truck tonight right after we get done unpacking. She made it apparent again that the truck belong to someone else by 0700, to me don't double book so we are not rushed. So she asked us to go look at the truck. Then she asked someone to look at the gas gauge and mileage well my husband knows I have R/A and lupus and wasn't feeling well so he tried to jump into the truck and she told him that he couldn't do it b/c it was under my license, he is my husband so I didn't understand that. So I tried to get in the truck and I hurt myself trying to pull myself in there and then when she was done reading the stuff she walked away. I asked her if we where done and she did not answere just looked back and kept walking. Never felt so much disrespect and I am paying for this? Also, I received 30 days free storages for using Uhal l; well that expired on the 26 of August and we didn't sign on our house until the 28 so we had to pay an additional 30 days worth. When we asked what did we need to do with our locker since we didn't need it anymore and an another employee asked us which locker it was so she could give it to someone else. I don't understand why you think it is ok to double dip and have 2 people pay for one locker this is unjust an

The truck I rented was very old and difficult to control on the road. The steering was off and the engine jolted the cab with a deafening noise when accelerating. Overall I did not feel safe operating the vehicle. The truck had over 185K miles and it may be time for it to retire. The customer service at the location was great and the after hours drop off was very convenient. My only issue was with the equipment.

You should have ramps available for your trailers. I had to make my own.

The truck did not run well, possible carburetor issues. The air conditioning did not work and the fuel gauge kept fluctuating up and down which caused me to return the truck with more fuel than needed.

I pulled up at 7:00 on the dot on Sat evening and they locked the doors made me stand outside while they closed down then told me that I had to drop the keys in the night drop, so the next day after dropping off the keys and having to call to find out what the final charge was going to be no one could tell me why I was being charged more that what I was originally quoted. To me that is just shady!!!
They saw me pulling up and still locked the doors.
we came in the evening prior to pick up and the gal we dealt with seemed to not enjoy working however the man who helped get us in to the van was exceptional and the guy we dropped off with was awesome as well.

I have always been happy with U Haul, the Powers Branch in Colorado Springs, CO all of there staff are wonderful and helpful. I highly recommend U Haul.
You should list unavailable online pick up locations. I originally booked a van to be picked up at a certain location. I get a call saying they have changed my location which caused me to use extra unnecessary miles. I had to go across the other side of town to pick it up and drop it off. I did ask if I could get a little discount because of it , but the rude, crazy hair, metal face, told me NO, and that I booked it only 2 days ago. I didn't know that there was a certain time I have to book to get the best service. I know this may seem petty, but I run a business and want to keep my cost down like any business would. I felt this time it sucked. What is the number to budget?? Maybe I they can help me.

Just a lil bit of work on the costumer service for the people that works there maybe take a lil bit more of time explaining to the costumers how and what are they are going to get and use. But besides that everything was exelent !!!

when i emailed and told them the unit was empty i was told i had to pay fees to get there lock and my lock off. Disappointed to say the least.
The facility was a little hard to reach at times. Due to construction and the road only having one entrance/exit. However that aside the staff made it worth the effort.

We spoke to a number of U-Haul employees before securing our storage unit. ALL were extremely helpful and courteous! We have used U-Haul for boxes and trucks. This is our first storage unit rental.

The loading went great but box was never shipped. I had to be transferred through four departments to find box when it didn`t arrive on date given.

long time to do paperwork to move in took 20+min to check out. staff said computers slow or not working. Latch hard to open, close, moving men lost half a fingernail opening it.
You need to clearly list / communicate that the 1 Month Free Storage is only for the smallest size storage unit 5x10.

There were no issues with the conditions. The people were great. The alarm system would go off every two minutes even when you check in at card station. Wear eat plugs!

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and cleanliness of the facility. Only issue was trying to get stuff loaded into my unit while a Storage Wars type event was going on one day.

The employees drove the trucks way too fast around corners and through the facility as they were maintaining them. Talked to one employee about it and he said they all do it as if it was a joke.

Very slow to wait in line, and took three requests to get someone to help with a storage unit, messed up bill pay in the past, overall the two female employees are great.

I rented a unit at the Powers Blvd location for approx 5 years while I was working overseas. The unit was secure and I never had a problem with theft or pilferage.

I was surprised to find a $25 CLEANING fee on my bill,the truck it had been cleaned! No one told me of charge at check in.
Once received an email stating I was behind on payment. Recently a notice of increase in rates was sent to my Son, Randolph, old address in New Mexico.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. However, being charged to access your belongings after hours in a secure facility is obscure. Other storage places do not charge for this.
The 24 hour access to my storage did not work and the card reader was broken. Customer service is unable to help with this issue and tells you to come in during business hours.

Many areas of my account were misspelled and the associate could have asked to ensure it was correct. My first name is misspelled and I would recommend that customer`s information be confirmed.

Overall it was a simple process to get and store my possessions. The pro-rating the months I mean i want to move out on 1 FEB but pay on 31 JAN for a whole month of feb, don`t think thats right

I stored everything that I owned and it was in an indoor storage and so I didn`t purchase the extra insurance. Long story short, it flooded and I lost everything. Be careful when renting here.

Pretty basic storage unit to me. I don`t have anything to tell other than I moved to a cheaper complex for the same size unit.
I had boxes missing out of my storage unit known others tha thad the same problem. They stated that is why their customers carry renter`s insurance.
The only issue is that they forgot to activate my card for the alarm and each time I went in the alarm would sound.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The storage area was very clean. I would definitely go back and use their services again if I need any moving services.

found prices were a little higher than other facilities in the area. however i had no problems with my rental experience.
24 hour access would have been very useful. The facility is on a video camera security system and users need a key to access their outside unit.

The only thing that took away from the experience was the cost. I think the stay should review the policy of late payments and things of that nature a bit more.
Payment was inconvenient due to understaffing.I was told inaccurate information as well as rudeness from one employee. All employees should be aware of all polices and never guess.

The staff has all changed and you could wait as much as 30 minutes for someone to help you. Some of the help does not have a clue what to do.

Access to indoor storage entrance door/parking often blocked or partially blocked by U-Haul trucks being cleaned or? Customers forced to back out down the alley rather than drive through, as designed.

They rent storage units with locks and then they can not cut them off and the person behind the desk is cuss at me lost $40 and only save $7 to keep the storage. I will never use POWERS U-HAUL AGAIN.

My only problem was that there was no light inside the storage unit.
Was charged twice for storage fee causing bank account to go into overdraft. Had to jump through hoops to get reimbursed for overdraft fees that were not our fault.
very inconvenient that there is only 1 elevator in the whole building and our unit was on the opposite side of the building in relation to the elevator.
