Have a more obvious drop box for keys. Maybe fluorescent orange box on a neon yellow post. My husband spent more than 30 minutes looking for it when he returned our rental truck after hours.

CRAIGZ MI usually have a great experience at this location, but this time there was only one person at the counter which resulted in a very long wait on a Saturday morning. The staff are great but can only do so much being under staffed.

Arthur CPoor customer service. Harassing emails and phone calls every month. They knew my situation personally, and still didn’t understand. My move out was awful. Apparently my locker was the only locker they had on the ground level. So there was 4 people who were smoking marijuana in the parking lot stood outside and watched us load. They Kept getting in the way. Annoying and uncalled for. I was paid up for the locker until the 21st and would not be given a rebate for the time paid. Meanwhile there are these people standing there just itching for me to get out. Worst experience with U-Haul. This location should be reported to head office. On a side note: No I did not contact them. I’ve had enough failed conversations with this facility.
Cam B | Overall ExperienceReason for not recommending is that I arrived for my 10 am pickup at 9:45am and the app would not allow me to use the truck share at this location because they only had one person at counter. So I had to wait in line for the counter. I got my van at 11:00am. The friend help I had required me to change my day to ensure I could get the van back by 4. If I take the time to entire the info in the app and request a pickup time, I should be able to tap and pickup my rental, and not wait behind 10 people who were purchasing moving boxes, tape and locks. Only 6 were getting vehicles and only 2 with myself used the app. Maybe you should have a computer or tablet or QR code for those who did not enter the required info in the app to step out of line and enter the info, especially if we waited 60 minutes. All of those ahead could have entered the info while waiting in line. Since it took about 15 minutes to process a rental client, but since so used the app, less than 5 minutes.

CHRISTOPHER AGreat service from UHaul staff at this location The ONLY complaint is the app is terrible. I have deleted the app. I tried for hours to get it running properly. It was a pain in the neck and quite surprising that uHaul does not make the app better. The uHaul product is great the locations, the staff..all great but the app is terrible. I tried on several occasions to install and then delete and then again and now...never.

Natalia Sdon't have employees filling shelves when there's a 45 min line up. and even after having finally able to get the trailer i was rented they had another trailer in front of the one i was taking an not have an employee come out and help. i had to hook the wrong trailer up to my truck, move it and put it in another spot. Then finally when i was practically done attaching my trailer the employees finally showed up after 20 min. finally when i was done with my trailer and was dropping it off the employing selected the wrong drop off location so i had to deal with that and changing my order . so no not a good experience at all very disappointed.
sebastiano gI am "old school" and attempted to get my paperwork/receipt after I had my trailer rental disconnected but was told by both the receptionist and the gentleman who disconnected my trailer that everything would be emailed shortly (that was yesterday). I just got my receipt today just a few minutes before closing and it shows that I returned my trailer today, not yesterday. So when I called , my call was redirected to your central office, where I was advised a complaint will be filed, and somebody will call me back in 48 - 72 hours. In a way I blame myself for not following through the "old way" and getting a paper receipt rather than expecting things to simply happen because I was told it would.
Richard ZJohn was OUTSTANDING. He is the glue of the location. He goes out of his way to make sure the vehicle is clean and takes the time to do a complete inspection prior and upon return. He is always smiling and takes the time to answer all your questions before you get rolling out of the yard. He is their number one employee in my eyes.
mike b1. Your app is not user friendly. 2. the right passenger wiper was not working & it started to rain. 3. The guy said that if I added fuel to the quarter mark he would credit me $24.98, I dropped off the vehicle with fuel at the halfway mark and they wanted to charge me an extra 6.78 for 6 miles over. You're assuming I go directly to the drop-off depot in Niagara Falls?? Because your Mississauga depot is so out of the way, I had to go home & pick up the stuff. The 3 closest U-Haul locations I called in Mississauga from the Yellow Pages, the ph. #'s are all disconnected (why don't you inform YP to remove the listing??). I have been renting for the past 20 yrs and there was a time I would rent at least once a month. 4) Your call centre "on hold" wait time is horrendous! Because you have a monopoly on the market, that's why you don't improve your service.

Muhammad YMake sure your app is working! I signed up for the 24/7 service where i'm supposed ro check in via app. First your app did not work, always getting an eror message. Them when k logged in using your website, uhaul.com, equipment not reserved. Called thw customwr aervice hotline, still closed. If you are offering rhis service, make sure your tools are working. The only redemption is that the peoplw working at this location are accommodating and has great customer service. Although there was a bit of delay, i was able to pick up my rental and go on my business.

Michael BThe "D" clips in the 4 corners at floor level were all broken and missing. (The bracket and mounting screw were there.) Unfortunately I needed to tie down a few pieces of light 4' x 8' wall board and had to get creative with a broom to wedge them in a secure position. I had to drive slow on back streets and avoid the highway to get the material home safely, checking several times during the journey to make sure the load was still secure. This was very frustrating. I rent trailers from UHAUL on a regular basis and have never found them to be dirty or not maintained. This time I desperately required the "D" clips. I can understand one being broken and missing, but all four? Tim

andre dWell, for starters, how about you meet the customer at the counter so you can let them know the final bill before taking it upon yourself to charge the card on file… especially when it was discussed upon pick up that a different card would be used when paying the remaining balance. Therefore not running into the issue of screwing over someone’s day who now has to wait for their money to get sent back to their account. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD USING U-HAUL AND I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. Disgusting service and behaviour overall.
