Was a worst experience I ever had with him he is rude he doesn’t introduce himself he always has a mad face staff is not friendly. I am going to call someone else to report this. Very very bad service. And I was there for 2 years and a half . I will never take my business there ever again…

He was walking out when I pulled into the parking lot and I even called him and told him I was on my way. I had to ask the other guy that just happened to be dropping off another trailer as well to help me do it cuz y'all don't have props to hold it up off the ground and easier to take off the hitch.

Also, the guy at the drop off locatiion was concerned on how the emergency brake chain was connected. Apparently i was fortunate that the trailer brakes did not lock up on me during transport.
Max HonestoTruck reeked of smoke. When questioned, the attendant just shrugged it off. After I left, I found trash and leftover food behind the seats. it was not cleaned out. Gave it to me with less than a 1/8 of a tank of gas so had to get gas right away (low fuel warning was on). Returned with the same amount and after paying nearly $2000 for the rental, they nickel and dimed me for another $7 in gas at the drop off in Portsmouth NH. Glad I don't have to rent trucks often.

EDWARD MEZAMany issues. My order was not complete. I ordered an appliance dolly but it was not there when I pick up the truck at night. Followed up to fix to issue but no help and no appologies. I could not cancel the order becuase I have to move on that day. The left mirror side on the passenger side was loose and could not use it. It lacks safety issue. Absolutely poor.

IRENE MEDINAYour website states that a 6 x 12 enclosed trailer is 5'5" tall. We rented the trailer based on this height of 65 inches. Well apparently that is for a trailer with 2 doors, NOT for the one with a "rollup" door. The trailer we rented had a roll up door and we could not fit 2 of our items in it because of this. You really need to specify this as it caused us a real issue!
PAUL VOLZThe first truck you gave me had a front running light hanging out to the side and the back was filled with gravel. I refused that truck. The second truck was clean in the back but the cab floor was sticky from possibly a spilled soft drink from a previous user. Also the check engine light was on. Someone should be responsible for checking out the vehicles before you rent them out.
jay cooperDuring the summer times the air conditioning facility was always hot. Never got compensated for those months that it was hot. The air conditioning building next to the office was cold. I called numerous times and spoke with a rude lady that stated the facility would get air conditioning fixed; it was hot for 3 months. I moved out on Monday, 01/22/2024, I have the receipt.

SHERYL LYN SUTTON -SIGLERI was met when I arrived and picking up the trailer was quick and easy. Returning the trailer was the same. If this is their standard, I can’t really tell them how to improve on the service I received.
William R DOWNEYAfter turning on the vehicle, there low tire indicator was on and there was an alert stating there was low tire pressure in left rear tire. I went back into the office to inquire about the finding and the employee informed me it was due to a faulty sensor after the tire had been replaced. I proceeded to confirming mileage, fuel, etc and left with the van. Upon arriving home, I noticed the ability to view the tire pressure in the dashboard. The left rear tire was at 48 PSI with 80 being the recommended level. After checking with an electronic tire gauge, I confirmed the PSI was correct at 48 and proceeded with adding additional air to the tire. Overall, I was lied to or given false information and allowed to drive off the lot with a low tire which did not have a faulty sensor. I would greatly appreciate not having my life or lives of others put at risk due to improper vehicle maintenance by a facility as this could have lead to a blow out on the freeway. Appreciate you hearing me out. Thanks.
Rolando PerezBroke down two times on my way to mn I wasn’t even a block away and noticed passenger tire was bald and called the store they told me I need to call roadside assistance instead of just giving me a new trailer which they had. Also they installed the trailer wrong on my hitch. Then after the first repair made it to new Braunfels got pulled over by state trooper and was told to stop and get other tire repair as it was wobbling. Took repair guy over two hrs to get to me and 3 hrs for him to find a tire. Not acceptable at all and wasn’t even offered any type of compensation for the delay.

Took care of all of our needs, including walking to the back of the storage lot to make sure we found the right area for our rV and got it in properly. We mentioned to him that there was some garbage collecting at the back of the property, and when we returned a few days later, the whole back lot was clean and neat. Storage was easy; and returning the key fob was easy.

Hoping we are not exposed to covid as one refused to wear his mask appropriately. Please fire Guardian Services. Very pleased with Uhaul and its staff. But over all I did walk there the first time just to be told that. Then I just went home booked it online the lady recognizing said we're at full capacity, so I then told the other sales person my recipe and informed them online has them available. Just to inform them not to turn down potential income for the company they represent.

My storage unit was actually 300 feet from the front desk and inside and dry. He wasn’t aware of its location in the least but sent me on.a wet search and he wasn’t apologetic for his lack of knowledge or help while I got drenched, unnecessarily.

They gave me a payoff amount and said that when I pay this, my debt is paid. Months later, I received a notice saying that I still owed money. I went to talk to them, and the manager agreed that I was now in debt to Uhaul again. He said it was because I left a dresser in the unit. I told him that I did not have a vehicle large enough to remove the dresser. Also, when I paid my debt and was told I was clear, the manager at that time DID NOT say I had to remove every single item. I only left one item, the dresser. Now, the manager has put a lean against my name. This is wrong. I was told that I was in the clear. I do not feel I should have to pay this money when we signed saying I was out of debt.
